The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and public transport, making it simple to explore all the main attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with stylish decor and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with recommendations and any requests, which really enhanced our experience.
 Overall, Mosaico Athens offers great value for money and a comfortable base for exploring the city. Highly recommended! Nothing to mention

The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very convenient to reach all the major attractions in Athens. The apartment is modern and beautifully designed, and all the facilities are new and high-quality. The bed is large and very comfortable. One feature I especially appreciated was the washing machine in the room, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers. Athens is quite warm, so clothes dry overnight without any problem. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the refrigerator is spacious. The air conditioning and curtains are both modern and easy to use. Overall, I really couldn’t find anything to complain about. The price is also quite reasonable considering the quality and amenities offered. The soundproofing of the room door seems to be quite poor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who are both in their 80s and have significant hearing difficulties. Because of this, I often needed to speak loudly for them to hear me. However, whenever I raised my voice, a staff member would remind us to keep the noise down. I understand the importance of maintaining a quiet environment for all guests, but if the issue is mainly caused by inadequate soundproofing, I believe it would be better for the hotel to address that problem rather than expecting guests to speak quietly in their own rooms. It was particularly difficult in our situation, as my parents simply could not hear normal conversation. Another minor drawback is that the swimming pool closes quite early. If you spend the entire day sightseeing, there is a good chance that you will return to the hotel after the pool has already closed, making it impossible to use the facility. I hope the hotel might consider extending the pool hours in the future.

We loved the bathroom we’re big enough for us. They were enough space for 5 people. It was very clean. The staff were exceptionally great. The host replied back immediately when I had to contact them. I didn’t like that I couldn’t hook up my firestick because there was no extra plug to stick it into.

The apartment was clean and well spaced out. It was a great interior and well suited for our family. The water heater was not working 3 out of the 4 nights. The staff came in and said they fixed it after the first night, but then nights 3 and 4 we had no hot water. With the maintenance crew not available after 5, the staff was unable to do anything about it after we spend all day out in Athens and came back to cold water. The WiFi was also horrible. After 9pm our shows were constantly buffering when we tried to stream. I took my phone off Wi-Fi just so I could access and download a movie on my iPad. We were also told by almost every taxi driver that picked us up or dropped us off to be careful at night and to not walk around the area due to pickpockets and other dangerous people around.

Staff very attentive and organised transport to and from the airport.. apartment so clean with very comfortable beds.. great coffee shops and an amazing seafood restaurant very close.. metro just outside to bring you to fabulous shopping/dining and historic areas, highly recommend

Location for us was important,metro from airport to apartment then a short walk to the train station the next day. Spacious,comfortable bed,clean bathroom No negatives

The check in process was very easy. I was sent the entry and apartment door codes ahead of time. The property also arranged for airport transportation. The apartment was modern, comfortable and quiet. It is close to the subway, restaurant and markets.

Absolutely awesome rooftop pool with a complete view of Athens ad The Acropolis. HUGE 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony. Excellent central Athens location, very close to food and shopping- amazing value- full kitchen The nice attractive tile floors were a little slippery and dangerous after taking a shower or going to swim in the pool. There was an almost complete lack of English language channels on the television

Large, comfortable, modern room; amazingly quiet, given its location in a busy area of the city. I was somewhat skeptical about the self check-in process, but it worked fine. The on-site parking garage was an essential feature for our trip--and was much appreciated. Access to the on-site parking garage was difficult (narrow entrance; steep, sharply curved ramp), and arranging to use it was somewhat confusing. Nonetheless, we were very grateful to have this feature, given the difficulty in finding parking elsewhere in the neighborhood. If you need to use the parking garage, be sure to contact the proprietor and make arrangements _before_ you arrive!
