The staff, the location, the food, the ambience. I loved everything about this little home away from home. Couldn’t ask for a better deal in the heart of Athens.

perfect hotel , it has all , big room , with a perfect air conditioner , also , the location is very useful , the staff is very kind and respectful , breakfast and food delicious , and also it has a rooftop where you can see all athenas and the acropolis , and that has a pool that is awsome too , also drinks and cocktails 10/10 all was good , no complaints

Pool was very nice, very picturesque and clean. Great pictures during the day and at night when visiting or eating at Cloud 9 restaurant. It’s great that there is staff to service food and beverage rooftop. Breakfast was quite good and all staff were very helpful at this hotel. Taxi assistance was extremely prompt and helpful along with knowledgeable about places and times. We enjoyed everything no major complaints.

Rooftop pool and bar. Close to the subway/train station. Breakfast was great. Beautiful facility.

The rooftop was amazing! Great view and service. Lovely restaurant too. Hotel staff was great. The executive lounge was new and beautiful and a nice touch with free wine, beer and coffee. They have a pool table and separate TV room which was great for watching the soccer game. Room balcony was not inviting and no chair to sit. Can’t close the door from the outside so AC escapes. The rooftop pool is very small and was very full given the heat wave so water was not clean. Not hotel’s fault but something to note. Luckily there were outdoor showers to beat the heat.

The location is a bit rough, there is no crime but it is definitely not the best neighborhood in Athens. Nothing that would stop me to stay in the hotel again, the metro station is 1 min walking from the door. The hotel is great with a great view, I think it was great value specially because of the view from the rooftop. The bar prices are ridiculous, 9 euros for a beer is the most expensive I ever paid in any travel I have ever done around Europe. The rest of the prices around the hotel were ok and expected for a hotel.

Great location! Wonderful rooftop pool and bar with plenty of seating and parasols to keep shade when it got too hot We found both upstairs and neighboring guests quite noisy, noise travelled very easily between the rooms

Location and breakfast Room - Extremely small bathroom - Standing shower - Could barely turn around!

Spacious room, clean, great beakfast, nice staff. Metro station is just roubd the corner and in 10 mins you are in city center. Location is the only “critical” thing. Surrounding is bad, Omonia is very close and this is maybe the uggliest central zone in Athens.

Staff, great breakfast, very close to Sintagma, Metro just around the corner. Micro location is “critical” as it is uggly and not probably safe to walk comfortably out of main streets.

The support for the executive rooms is good, with a nice area for working, and even having small remote meetings. Many employees were very helpful The location is very good. Overall, instalations are nice, and potentially (for an empty hotel) very pleasant. Unfortunately, a lot of things. The pool, which would be good for a city hotel, was chaothic. It was overly full, with lots of teenagers/early twenties, which took over the pool space. So, when the hotel is full, do not expect an easy time there. The lifts were incredibly slow. It is common practice to simply use the stairs (in a 9 floor hotel). The breakfast was again chaotic - at peak times even the food disappears (and the orange juice was not good quality), and some of the choices are low quality. The room isolation to the hallway is very bad. I could hear the noise from people near the lifts, even with the room almost at the end of the hallway. There was also a lot of water noise inside the room.

Nothing The location, the cleanliness, the room and bathroom was very small in size and uncomfortable. Most of the staff at the reception was not courteous.
