We didn’t stay at this property as they didn’t have a room and forgot to remove it from Booking. But the attendant was very helpful and put us in one of their sister hotel, offered us dinner and drinks for free on their roof top restaurant. N/a

Good hotel for it’s value. Very friendly staff. Location is ok. Can reach Monastiraki square in 15 min walking.

Its extremely noisy if you want the porch door open. Our shower head broke and our air system only blasted hot air. So we needed the back door open and the street noise was incredibly loud. Breakfast was included with my booking status, but it wasnt good, dont pay for it. But, we got what we paid for. It was ok for a quick one nighter.

Good location in the heart of Athens, just next to a metro station and within walking distance of the famous Monastiraki district, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, clean facilities, but could be cleaned better. Good wifi connection. Acceptable breakfast. The room is rather small, however, it has a quite big balcony. The shower stall is very tight - if you are a large person, it will be uncomfortable. Many things in the hotel are very outdated.

The facility needs to upgrade the mattresses in the room for more comfort of the guests who probably travelled long distance. The need a comfortable bed to restart when they sleep. The staff at the restaurant need to be more friendly...their facial expression speaks volume, probably they aren't aware that those guests that come for breakfast have actually paid for it one way or another.

Location, staff very friendly, breakfast Cleaning inside rooms, noise of phone ringing on the floor may be for the cleaning staff, absence of smart TVs, room equipments.
