Nice property, overall the stay was great. The staff is super nice and helpful. They assisted me a lot with all my requests. The A/C was problematic in the business center. In general Greece doesn’t understand the concept of a working A/C in 40 degrees. It’s the same issue everywhere.

Everything was good. The hotel's location is very central: close to restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful in helping me plan my day sightseeing. The TV didn't work. I had to call twice for someone to come and fix it.

I didn't eat breakfast but view was sensational. Never wanted to close the curtains as I just wanted to remember the view forever. Coffee service in room

The rooftop bar/restaurant is very nice and offers great view and fresh air. The location isn't very good. The hotel's area feels a little uncomfortable, and it's a 15-minute walk from most of the attractions and points of interest. The facilities aren't very well maintained. Also, it's quite expensive.

View The staff was really kind and should be treated good! -we didn’t find the third bed, instead a baby bed/cradle. When we asked to make it the bed , it took 2 hours and I had to phone several times. - I found dirty glasses at breakfast -we asked to removed the winter blanket but they didn’t and I did it myself. - I suppose the communication among the staff was bad.

Just the whole thing about it. Wasn’t very pleasant Not in a good area. Not many restaurants to choose from. Basic.

We really liked our stay at this hotel, especially the location. Just a small tip: If it fits your budget, I would absolutely recommend choosing a room with an Acropolis view. Waking up to that view — and seeing it lit up in the evening — made our stay feel really special.

Breakfast was fabulous with so many choices. My husband and I loved it. We arrived very tired and had to wait hours to check in as our room was not available.

elevator system had to carry our bags 6 flights down to check out .staff was untrained and un helpful trash sat for days around pool and hallways. bathroom had water leaking from roof.....and we stayed in Junior Suite ! This Hotel has potential but needs new Management

We really enjoy tge staying, we went in the evening to the roof top to enjoy the sunset, it was really beautiful. The reception's workers were very nice and polite? They helped us a lot to book taxi, with the check in and check out. Nothing, i really enjoy evertything about this hotel

The view from the roof is lovely! Front desk agents were very helpful also Neighborhood isn’t one you’d want to walk at night, overall pretty average for a high price.

The rooftop has a nice view where you see the whole city I think it’s really not clean to be honest and the cleaning is not well done and the staff are not trained and the person who is managing this spot is not from a good management school

Having breakfast on the 9th floor with an unobstructed view of the Acropolis -wow! Excellent buffet choices. Staff were warm and welcoming. And the hotel was central to all the major attractions and the subway was a few minutes away.

I unexpectedly received a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in the main area of the suite and they did not come to fix it before I checked out. The staff was great. They were great about holding luggage when my room wasn't ready. The staff in the restaurant was very nice, but the service was not the greatest, however, in Greece everything is slower :) The area of Athens the hotel is located in is not the most convenient to for walking to the main sights, Acropolis, Plaka etc, but cabs are easy to get. I stayed here only one night after an 8 day island charter cruise because of convenience (only hotel the large charter bus could drop us off at). The room could have been cleaner. The towels are very worn. No electric outlets on the bathroom counter/sink area, but they did provide a blow dryer.
