We rent the family room. Very confortable for 4. Very clean. Nice coffee shop directly in this hôtel. Many ethnic restaurant around…we had good kurde food! it’s true there is many itinerant around, but it feels safe enough

Location is bad, you need to walk to the center and is dangerous. Wifi is not working

We are 3 person in tge reservation and inthe 1st day we jave only 2 pairs or towels. Only thing i observe is there is no charging point or socket nearby the bed . Its so difficult to charge our phones because of this.. Auggestion better put charging point or socket nearby the beds to charge the gadgets of the tourists that stayed at the hotel . But nothing more to complain from other things

There door to the bathroom had a hole from the handle of the main door . The flooring under the carpet was not even ...some places there was a hole under . Not enough plus to charge ..we had to remove the only plug next to the bed which had a telephone connected .

Location is very bad. Homeless everywhere around hotel. If feels unsafe. There is no market nearby hotel. Hotel rooms are old. Beds are uncomfortable. Its different from photos

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely kind, and they helped me with many things during my stay ? The only issue was that the internet connection was not very good. Other than that, everything was great

The location was perfect to transportation and restaurants. Across the street you can see some homeless people roaming around the street.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always welcoming, polite, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm attitude and excellent service made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was excellent. The only minor issue I experienced was that, perhaps because of my size, I found the toilet area a bit tight, as the seat is positioned very close to the bathtub.

There is always a smell of cigarette in the room. The hotel street was noisy at night. There were a lot of homeless and drunk people at the opposite street and eastern part of the hotel however they didn't bother anyone and there was a constant police presence in the area.
