The stay was great. Clean, minimal, AC, clean sheets and towels, a bottle of wine (as a gift), steps away from the metro and walking distance to touristic neighborhoods. The only thing was the neighborhood. It is full of homeless people and a bit catchy, but felt relatively safe.

The hotel is within walking distance from the metro station, ATM and some supermarkets. Although it is located near a sketchy neighborhood, the hotel itself is safe for solo travellers (tried walking from the metro station to the hotel at 10PM and 11PM, and nothing happened to me).

I had two different rooms on two different dats. My rooms were very different. The 2nd room was really nice and the shower was great. The staff is outstanding and very helpful with giving you guidance. It’s really close to the metro which made it very easy to get around. Cafes and restaurants are walking distance. I recommend this hotel. My first room was small and the shower was weak

The area was scary, the bathroom water didn't work, the virw from the balcony was scary

Location, cleanliness and room size very good, we got a free upgrade to a suite. Staff very nice either everything we asked them. Metro station is very close and a lot of places to eat within a few blocks.

sketchy naborhood but close to metro
-
Tiny room

The location of the property is awful; all the homeless and junky people live on the streets around the hotel..feel not secure to walk especially at nights.
-
The hotel is close to Metaxourgeio metro station which makes it accessible to touristic sites and metro going to the airport The room has a huge rooftop terrace The room was located in the 6th floor (elevator only reaches up to the 5th floor so you have to climb a set of stairs to reach the room) The blinds on one side of the room was not working properly The water pressure of both the sink and shower was kinda low

We were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Clean and quiet basic room, but fridge and kettle provided. It was a 2 minute walk to Karaiskaki Square, where our tour was picking up / dropping off and the metro was also there. The street is inbetween the rough and more upmarket areas. People sleeping in doorways etc. Because there are lots of hotels in this area mini markets abound and these are overpriced and best avoided.

My stay here was excellent. The room was high quality with good furniture and was very clean. A huge thanks to the staff for being so helpful and kind. They really made me feel at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Athens. nothing

The staff was very nice and they let us check in early. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was not very nice but very close to the metro
-
The location is good which is centrally located and it has an access to metro. The room is quite specious and very clean. Bathroom had bad smell.
-
Clean warm near from to much shopping Nearly from metro and big bus stop
-
Good commute to the city center. Very helpful staff ;)

Everything was perfect

I always book this hotel because of the proximity of the location to the tourist attractions. Very near to the metro station which is about less than 5 mins walk. I always stay here everytime I visit Athens. It is all very good for me. A lot of improvements especially on the door lock. Nothing. Only thing is that in the middle of the night some guests are too loud entering their hotel room. The hotel should put every floor a signage to advice the guests to toned down their voice in in entering their room.

The area can be a bit iffy late at night, so take normal precautions when walking. I'm a female solo traveler and I didn't feel unsafe, but locals did tell me to stay alert just in case.
