The room was clean and comfortable and very light overseeing the Syggrou avenue. The decoration was modern and functional. The staff was very polite and friendly. The location was convenient - closeby there are numerous nice bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. There was not something in particular that I can think of.

Friendly face at the 24 hour check in when I arrived late. Great views, comfortable bed Breakfast was pretty picked over by the time I arrived, and the staff were slow at turning over the tables. Mirror in the bathroom was blocked by the blinds when closed. There was a rave across the street when I arrived so bring earplugs just in case!

Because the windows needed to be kept closed due to traffic noise, room air felt a bit stale. Lack of a separate bathroom would have been odd if I were sharing the room (it was a double room, single occupancy) - just a partial divider from the bathroom area, not a separate room. Breakfast had a selection of items but was not of great quality (especially bad coffee - use the machine in the room!). Not far from metro - 10 minute walk - but the sidewalks are terrible and access roads from the main boulevard to cross-town highways don't have pedestrian crossings, so very unpleasant walk especially with luggage (this last point is obviously not in the hotel's control, and just for info).

Room was sufficiently large, with a decent desk to work on. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. There was too much noise from the outside. Music from a nearby club, motorcycles racing along the main road, police sirens... bring ear plugs or you won't be able to sleep. Also, the door of the minibar has a glass front, which casts a bright blue light in the room. I had to put a towel over it to darken the room. Pillows were way too high (or thick) and no alternatives were available. Staff did however deliver extra bath towels to use as a thinner pillow. Breakfast was nothing special and the regular coffee was pretty bad. Espresso or cappuccino was only available at extra cost.
