Staff were amazing Specifically Claopatra and Night receptionist Martina A+ Rooms were also very clean and hotel felt maintained and safe The only thing was the gravity under the bridge

Using personal phone for access to the hotel resources was excessive. Unable to get lights in room to stay on using phone, had to get reception to give me a card for the lights. Staff was excellent in assisting

Excellent staff, Cleopatra and Mary Jean were super friendly and helpful with recommendations and helped us call around when we needed assistance. The staff at the rooftop restaurant, Opposite was incredible as well. Would highly recommend getting the Acropolis view rooms.

The room was huge and clean. Very beautifully furnished. The receptionist was very kind. They allowed us to store our luggage after check out so we could explore old town. Great location!

Showers better than a spa. Modern and clean every detail thought through carefully staff nice and attentive. App good but frustrating at times when you have to re verify on second day

The location and facility is great. Breakfast on the minu is good, but it takes sometime to prepare, therefore might not be so ideal for people on business trip. Sound proof is a bit unsatisfying as we consitently hear noise during the days.

It’ enough for business trip and the location is good. Nearby you can easily find the restaurant and cafe. At breastfast, we can order it. There is no space in front of hotel. That’s not that satisfactory. However, it’s all right.

A lovely new, extremely clean, property. I was attending a local Congress so the location was perfect - and great for public transport to airport. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and friendly. Also good to have the restaurant OppOsite on the top floor. Extremely noisy and too many lights in the room so very difficult to sleep! - I would have given this property a 10 only for the noise at night and difficulty with sleeping. They need to put something on the doors so they close silently both on bedrooms and to the stairs. And lastly I don’t understand why they want you to download an app to check in to the hotel - Makes no sense! Just set up a link online or (better still) make sure reception is open!

Good quality breakfast, new and really clean, quiet, nice soft beds and bathrobes Roof top restaurant with one-of-a-kind view to the Parthenon ! Generally small spaces but room space was good The need for an App to check- in... and also open doors and use lift...disturbing Pls, offer greek coffee at breakfast

The hotel was modern and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee machine in the room was a thoughtful addition. Highly recommended! The location on Google Maps can be a bit misleading. The entrance is actually beneath the bridge in front of the hotel, which might not be immediately clear.

Very nice hotel with the latest keycard app tech . Had wonderful breakfast and the staff was very helpful and polite. The view to the acropolis in the bar is just during the bar hours posible to see , so no sunrise / sunset pics possible very sad because it could be arranged different. The prices for Sauna are a bit over the top

Location was fine for business purposes. Easy to get cabs etc. Breakfast did the job, room was comfortable and quiet enough. Bed comfy and the tech worked. The mobile key system is not great - very buggy and did cause problems for a colleague checking in late at night. If we were not available to let him in, I'm not sure what he would have done.
