Belle epoque suites

Location was great and the rooms were nice enough. Clean enough. Reception staff was so-so - not very warm like previous years or like the staff I had met at the islands. The room was tired - but very clean. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. I HAD BEEN THERE 3 years ago and it was excellent. This time is was terrible. No gluten free selections and the food was terrible.

Very thankful for this very clean hotel!

Did not like that the hotel was not staffed up front 24/7.

I love the building. It was so charming. Very nice, clean and I also like the colors. I made you feel welcome. I was pretty quiet at night once the windows were closed. It does not have a closet or a lot of room to put your clothes. The room was very small. When I took a shower water would be all over the bathroom floor so I had to mop it but not a big deal.

They said breakfast was included. But it was only open from 8:00 to 10:00. One day we needed breakfast earlier so they gave us a breakfast bag , but it was woefully inadequate. It had a "sandwich" with two pieces of bread, with one piece of ham, and one slice of cheese in between plus a hard-boiled egg and an apple. The breakfast on site was delicious, but none of those things were included in the breakfast lunch

Location is very good - don't need any transportation to visit all ancient sites of Athens. Stuff is very friendly, additional service like bags storage after check-out was proposed. Everything is modern, in working order and super clean. Breakfasts could be better. Scrambled eggs and omelet were cold, overall meals variety for breakfast was rather limited.

The door into the bathroom should be open to the room and not into the bathroom.

Breakfast was good. I wish we had a better view. Staff at check in desk was extremely helpful. Clean room but decor was a bit too dark.

- you need to take your luggage 4 steps to reach the elevator to go upstairs . No phone in the room , I have to go all the way down to ask or request anything. - the breakfast was limted The creepy shower window that have the view on the bed room, the toilet and shower are separated each in one side of the room

Overall, everything was good. The only issue was that the beds in our suite for the two kids were not separated

Great location and nice rooms.

The so-called “luxury suite” was dingy and poorly decorated unlike the gleaming foyer and hallway.

The very helpful staff Effe, Liza, and Eersa. The breakfast "refill of options" was not that good.

the rooms were not only clean and comfortable, but also spacious and beautifully decorated the elevator and included breakfast was very appreciated as well

Great location, staff extremely accessible and accommodating. Facilities including rooftop hangout area fantastic, even had a view of the Acropolis from there. Steps to rooms and roof a bit challenging but there is an elevator which moves quickly
