Very good concept overall, with amazing support via chat. The team was very responsive and creative in offering extra touches during the stay, such as providing a Polaroid camera for a small fee, which made the experience more memorable and unique.

The 2 person stupid was perfect for me ! Nice location & good clean bars near 0 complaints, PERFECT !

Great concept, nice facilities. TV and Internet didn'tt work.

The location is in the center so it is easy to walk around. The hotel also have self service washing and dryer which is a plus point. And the cleaning staffs were very nice. The AC did not work and it was so hot at night and the key less for the room is so hard to use. But they gave us wine and chocolate as a sorry.

Nice stay. everything is easy to access, and I like that it's completely contactless. There is a small kitchen area included in your room. It can be loud in the hallway.

- good looking, nicely designed modern rooms - quiet - location is in a nice area, with many shops and restaurants - everything is digital, you need your phone to open the lock. People of the non-digital generation might struggle a bit - communication (via app) can be slow

A big thanks for the cleanliness staff as they do an amazing job, personally i was impressed. Everything you need is available for you including coffee machine. Human touch has a big impact in hospitality industry. Had an issue with the door opening, had to deal with a WhatsApp chatting which takes some time and energy. Water bottles not available at the rooms.

Large, quiet, well isolated room with a nice kitchen No proper closet No breakfest at the hotel. Those offered weren't comfortable or large enough. Room cleaning for extra sizeable pay.

Very nice The AC was making some noise

I spent 3 nights solo in the only ground floor suite. Suite was very comfortable, well equipped, bed was super comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. First thing I would change is the tiny fridge…I mean really tiny. I am very familiar with small fridges in my travels but never one this small. Second thing I would change is I would swap the main floor room on another floor as it sits literally 5 feet from the lobby, While I stayed there the noise levels with people sitting and talking and kids running around in the lobby til very late at night was very distracting. I don’t think they realized that the main floor had this one suite so close. I did ask them to keep the noise levels down after 10 pm and they did just that!
