Proximity to the sites. Bad neighborhood , very unsafe vibe. Looks like high crime and drugs activity are, construction noise all around from early morning. Ended up in basement apartment with no fresh air flow, mold and mushy smell. Breakfast staff appeared not friendly.

Reception staff were kind and lovely Ladies at breakfast were nice Maybe rooms that are not in basement and have no sofa might be good. We don’t know The booking was for 5 people. 2 double Beds were good but sofa was literally not fit for sleeping. The soft parts worn out with springs to be felt through but what’s worse the two places where the parts are joined had hard wood that was literally only covered canvas so it was like sleeping on train rails. We asked staff for a mattress to cover the surface to make it sleep able but they didn’t have anything so they covered this with extra two blankets which made it about 10% better . Hotel should not be allowed to offer this sleeping option even for free. Beyond anything I have ever experienced I tried to take a photo but obviously you can’t picture the horrific condition and feel of this sofa. Also the family room is in the basement which meant there was a bit damp (y) smell and feel We were told roof top bar is open until 23:45 by reception , upon entering the lift the sign said it’s open until 23:30 . We got there at 23:10 , the barmen looked at us with some annoyance and said we are closed. We asked why and he said we close at 23:30 . When he pointed out that it’s only 23:10 he looked even more annoyed and said again : we are closed . That was done in such a rude manner that we were left a bit puzzled and left

The keyless room access was a huge plus. I like the additional sofa bed for my daughter. The location was great cause it was close to the downtown. The rooftop bar and the customer service was 10 out of 10.

The breakfast was buffett style and stet up very nicely. I am a frequent traveler for both business (US Government) and pleasure, I say that to say this, usless things go seriouly wrong I am not hard to please.

it was fine, nothing major really

The stuff, the location, the breakfast It’s probably not so important, but there were tea packages in the room, but no teapot to boil water ?

The people. From the night receptionist who welcomed us late into the night with a big smile, to the morning receptionist who found us a way to get through Athens despite the taxi strike. The room. With a REAL king-size bed for two and a mattress with no bounce.... An adult bathroom: large shower, etc. The room rate is very reasonable.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such amazing hospitality at a hotel, and I’ve stayed in many places. Everything was a pleasant surprise. At first glance, the area might seem a bit unusual, but the staff and the facilities are absolutely excellent!

The location and big room

Nice hotel, very modern feeling. Cool location in the city center near interesting historical features and cool pubs.

Rooms were spacious Breakfast was terrible
-
The room was clean. Ants all over the breakfast tables. Location was very difficult for drivers to get to. Graffiti everywhere outside. Did not like the location it was at. Staff charging for water when there's no other options for water bottles.

The Family Room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The neighborhood was interesting…and the sheets in the bed were awful (very stiff and rough). Could have used more light in true bathroom.
