Exceptional Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring, and our room was spotless and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible personnel—everyone was so warm, attentive, and helpful. The complimentary wine and thoughtful welcome treat were a lovely personal touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend! Nothing

the location is nice It is a 2-3 stars property!! although they publisheing themselves as 5 stars furniture and curtains are stained. room is small and dark. you can clearly hear the people in the adjuscent room. amenities are scarce.

The location is amazing. Everyone is happy. The service was high and we really love the view and the location as well.

The location is good, however the building has lots of damage showing through. Especially in the hallways. Paint is chipping, the walls are damaged, rug was lifting in certain areas. The staff did not say hello when entering the building on multiple occasions or acknowledge that people are walking in or out

Breakfast The location was good, but the surroundings could have been better.

Shower hose needs repairs. Carpets in the corridors and bathroom floor need vacuuming. It would be better to have a wall, not a window - to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room

Buffet breakfast and soundproof rooms. Good things. I would've preferred my bed to be made every other day rather than just once during my stay.

Location was good. Also the hot water actually ran hot. This is deffinately not a 5 stars hotel. Even 4 stars would be stretching it. There is a general lack of attention to details from the staff: 1. I left some conditioner on the shower wall ans when they came in to clean that was not wiped down 2. A previous guest used the toothbrushes and put it back in the box, they did not check and left the used toothbrush 3. The bathroom bin was not empty when I arrived 4. No service to help me with my luggage and the reception worker did not present any of the amenities when I arrived, just breakfast time and checkout as if they expected to not hear from me again during the stay 5. The maid cleaned the room and left the sign with do not disturb on the floor. . The hotel was rebranded but only online, everything else is still labeled Athens Key inside. There is a slight state of general disrepair and old stuff: 1. TV is not smart, you cannot watch Netflix, just Greek channels 2. The elevators are the old kind, with doors you have to open yourself (I forgot they existed and waited in front of it for a few minutes) 3. Scuffing on furniture, leaky shower hose etc. 4. The curtains are not true blackout so expect some light in the morning The breakfast is either not kept at propar temperature or not very vrea, I am not sure but the pastry is hard and the breads chewy. No hotel mini bar, no supermarket inside, no 24/7 restaurant, I had to order flood from wolt

Comfortable stay Despite being a smoke free facility , one night I woke up to choking smoke smell , it appears someone was smoking next door .

Very good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant and terrasse. Excellent food and friendly staff. Good location for the Acropolis and other main sites, as well as the metro Rooms are clean and a good size, and was excellent value for the price Paid. The neighbourhood IS not the richest in Athens, and feels a little tense at night

Dirty hotel They are not trust They show me big size room with double beds. But when we went there it was very small room and dirty and expensive don’t worth it I didn’t like any things
