Denise at the front desk went above and beyond, she was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Christina who was one of the servers was excellent.

It was very clean and spacious The TV. No American channels

Clean, cozy, nice and helpful personnel, very good breakfast, close to the city center. Perfect place to stay in Athens. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The breakfast spread is good, I would say in the top 10% of hotels I've stayed at. The staff are super friendly and helpful. For downtown business this is a good location. Not a long walk to the old town either. I'd like a lower price, but you get what you pay for. Other than that, I can't complain.

There was a pungent stench in the corridor outside the room throughout my stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities, Nespresso machine included. Very practical even for a one-night stay as in my case and easy to reach from the Airport through the metro system (it is very close to the Omonia stop). A few minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum. Breakfast was ok, good variety, but nothing special. I would suggest to put labels on the food selection.

I cannot really comment in detail, as I booked this stay for my parents and did not stay there personally. However, my parents were satisfied and did not mention any major complaints, apart from the roadworks and reconstruction taking place right in front of the hotel. Of course, that is not the hotel’s fault. The staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful.

Cleanliness, room rate, staff

Breakfast needs some consideration for vegans.

Clean, decent location but need to walk a few km to get anywhere as a tourist and some staff were very helpful. They have a problem with young tourists and partygoers in the middle of the night (11pm-3am). The door slam shut, the rooms and balcony door vibrates and the night staff seem unable to control their disrespectful clients. After attempting to ask the guests to not yell in the hallway, that I’m trying to sleep, I proceeded calling the front desk ….3 nights in a row! The last night I was offered me another room on the top floor that was much quieter. Instead of dealing with the problem clients, I had to get dressed at half past midnight, pack up everything bring it to the lobby and get my new room key. There were some good points and some kind staff but when you can’t sleep for several nights in a row, they become irrelevant.

Clean rooms, great staff nice breakfast and very cosy location.

Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Close to Acropolis etc

The hotel is great — the facilities feel new and the room was very clean. You have everything you need for a short stay in Athens. The location is excellent as well: just a three‑minute walk to the metro station, which connects you easily to the Acropolis, the seaside, and even the airport. Breakfast was okay, but the food was cold. The only real downside of this hotel is the surrounding area — there’s a run-down building right next to it and roadworks directly in front. I believe this is temporary, though.

Location, clean and staff There was a bad smell stuck in the ventilation but if you open the window it was fine.

Nothing to like This has been the most unpleasant and miserable stay. All night long the kids next door were loud and banging on our wall and talking loudly on their balcony. We didn’t get any sleep at all.. The phones in our bedroom and bathroom don’t work. The room temperature cannot be adjusted and it was so hot - felt like 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We told the front desk lady so she adjusted the setting in the control room, but our room remained warm. Water from the shower leaked int the bedroom. The towels on the floor placed by staff absorbed the flooding in the bedroom but created a slipping hazard for us, especially for husband with balance disorder. Breakfast food were all cold and tasteless. The staff told us that the manager would send us an email after we checked out but never heard from anyone. If I could rate this hotel negative points on Booking.com chart, I would.

The hotel is located in the city center, the staff is kind and efficient, the room was clean and confortable. Great value for money. The breakfast can be impoved with some more typical greek specialties.
