rooms was great, comfortable beds and very clean, absolutely met my expectations. Location was perfect. It was a surprise to me that there was no staff at all, not even a contact number in case something was wrong. I don't think this was clear from the site that this was a zero service facility.

Excellent location in central Athens. Close to the Metro and historical sites. Unit was very clean and modern. Not really a problem but since check-in is completely remote, definitely have all of your entry codes and room number on hand.

The A/C was leaking water and the sound of the water dropping made us very annoyed when we're trying to sleep and we had to turn off the A/C because of that in the night and that's why the room was really hot. This is the only problem we faced in the hotel.

The location was excellent! The reception closes at 5:00 PM. On our last day, our flight was at night, and we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel until later in the day. However, we had to collect it by 5:00 PM and carry it with us for the rest of the day. Another issue was that our room was located very close to the main entrance, so we could hear people coming in and out, which was quite noisy.

The room is quite small

Location is perfect. Room and property are clean. Terrace was large and has chair to sit. Good for rest and drink something. Room is a little bit small and to move around is hard for two people.

Cute boutique city hotel, great location, friendly and staff

The location, the staff.

It was in a great location, and the room was nice and clean. We were on the ground floor and by the front door, which was very noisy with other guests coming in and going.

Very good Everything perfect

The room is VERY small , and without windows. However , it has a good bathroom , is clean , near everything . If you are not looking for luxury but a place to put your head down, this is the place for you. The management doubled the price as of early May, making it REALLY not worth while (if one pays huge sums , one should hope for a much better option ) .

Everything! The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance from everything. The hotel its self is very well maintained and clean. The staff - suberb from Sophia and the team in housekeeping to George and the team at the reception desk. Thank you for even leaving a note for me with the train times to the airport! I had a very smooth self check in as I arrived way past midnight - clear instructions were sent. If I had to be picky a couple more hooks in the bathroom like next to the shower and maybe an extra blanket as winter nights (end Feb / early March) can be chilly.

Sooooo much noise!!! There was construction right across and the workers started super early. Trucks unloading, workers screaming, so much commotion and noise it was definitely annoying. The hotel did provide ear plugs but not what i was hoping for my stay....

Check-in is smooth, bathroom is nice. Lacking a window so theres's not much natural sunlight. Good airconditioning, mini fridge is good. Beautiful room. Noise insulation is horrible, I was on the bottom floor G3 near the entrance and there was a family staying across each room, opening their door and talking/shouting across to each other. I could hear every conversation through my door. Other guests staying would come home at 2am and talk very loudly, it felt very unsafe as if they could just come into my room. Noise insulation is non-existent, the hosts provided earplugs so they are aware of this. Painful experience. Thankfully was just for 1 night. Would be nice if they could fix this, you are here to have a comfortable sleep afterall, I safely say I did not sleep.

Location and cleanliness

The hotel was really nice. It looked renovated and hand plenty of amenities. They even hold our luggage until 4:00 pm, way after check out.

There was no breakfast but there was a coffee maker in the room and that was enough for me. I would get a little something for breakfast from the bakery which was nearby. There was a coffee shop in the corner of the hotel if you wanted to sit down. There were many restaurants all around which they opened for lunch and at night the whole neighborhood lit up and came alive! I didn’t like the area that much, it was old and rundown, full of graffiti and panhandlers.
