Location and clean Stairs
-
There are no elevator in the property which cause us to lift up our luggage. The place is noisy with construction workers from 6:00 am. And the cleaning lady spends a long time from morning to noon talking loudly on her phone in the hallway near the rooms and in the stairway area. The echo in these spaces makes the noise very disturbing and it has been affecting my ability to rest peacefully. Awful experience.

Very comfy bed, apartment clean and really nice. There is a bit loud even with closed windows but they supply you with earplugs in case you need them.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment is either new or very well maintained, clean and comfortable, and located in a great area. There is some street noise, as the apartment is located on a lively street with restaurants just below the windows, which actually adds to the authentic Athens atmosphere. We personally enjoyed it and it did not disturb us at all, but guests who are very sensitive to noise may want to take this into account.

Poor communication with the hosts. We informed them about two issues and did not receive any solution.

Clean , great design. Great location .
-
There is no reception.

The location is perfect near to all attractions
-
The penthouse room was very very small. We barely had room to walk around or open our suitcases. Everything else was fantastic, but we just weren’t expecting that
-
Location Although new it is looking a little worn already.

I loved the location!! Loved the size of the room and the soap/shampoo in the bathroom were super luxurious! The noise at night can’t be ignored.. Bars were rowdy and just not recommended for light sleepers. Also the cleaning lady barged in without knocking surprising my partner & I. I highly disliked that.
-
Great location, we could walk to all the main attractions. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Room clean, modern and has everything that we needed. And it had a nice terrace.
-
The location is perfect! we stayed at the "Penthouse suite" - the balcony is just amazing! The room is smaller than what I thought.

Very friendly and helpful landlady Very central location Renovated room It was not easy to find the properties phone number
-
As central a location as you can get, in the heart of vibrant Psyri neighbourhood. The room is well insulated so you don't get all the noise from outside. The room was very clean and Kaiti the cleaning lady was very sweet and helpful. Communication with the management was smooth.

Amazing hotel in the middle of everything. The hotel is exceptional, the location, the cleanliness, the rooms. We’ve lived in penthouse suite, and you get amazing big terrace with outdoor showers, sun beds and patio for enjoying a glass of wine. You need to know, that it feels more like an appartment complex than hotel. And in the holidays like Easter there won’t be no one to answer the question if you have one. But that’s truly not a problem. And hotel is absolutely must stay in Athens. It is 15 minutes walk to Acropolis, you can’t get much closer to the sight than that. And also it is just 20 minutes by metro to the port, if you want to explore some islands. We highly recommend restaurant right under the hotel, they serve amazing Greek food and home wines. Also there are plenty of good breakfast places around like kalimeres and usurum. Location, patio, cleanliness, vibe

Very clean, fresh, central, very friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean & had everything you needed & the location was fantastic! The only downside, there is no lift, so getting heavy suitcases up a marble staircase was difficult!
