The hotel was such an ideal location. Close to so many things, shopping, eating, tour buses. They communicated with us all along the way. The breakfast included with our booking was at the cafe next door and was delicious. We had a balcony on the second floor that was a great place to sit in the evening and have a cold drink. The front desk ( I am sorry to not identify him by name) was so incredibly helpful. He was very busy but amazing! Our only surprise was we booked a room without any window, this had not occurred to us but it was quiet and the a/c worked great! We would stay here again and again!

I was so grateful to find this hotel in a pinch when we realized we needed to stay in Athens one more night following our cruise. The hotel arranged a private car to meet us at the cruise port and got us efficiently to the hotel. AMAZING location down a pedestrian street in the middle of EVERYTHING. Bistros and shops right out the door. (We stayed at 3 different Athens hotels during our time in Greece and this was the best location of all!)

I don’t know who writes these reviews, but my experience was terrible!!! . It appears it’s was a self check in on my arrival which I wasn’t aware of when I contacted them the day before to confirm the time I’d be arriving at the port which was 3pm and for them to arrange a taxi. The taxi was waiting when I arrived and had a very friendly helpful taxi driver as I had some heavy bags .. I arrived at the hotel a few minutes after 4pm to find the door locked and only a code to enter!!!! I had no idea what that was !!!! Fortunately, this man next door let me in (think was a cafe ).... I was still confused as to where my room was only to go find him again next door to be shown the key was at the reception desk and room number .. I had no idea how to use the air conditioning which was a different set up to usual or have the Wi-Fi password .. also the room I’d booked wasn’t as expected but in the basement with a closed small balcony with windows above over looking into small narrow street with cars parked and a wall covered in graffiti … The room itself was ok but not what I’d call a large double. i’d booked this room months in advance and specifically asked for a front room !! I then checked on booking.com to find they had sent an email at 1:25pm which was the time I was still traveling and wouldn’t have thought to of checked and had no reason to so I thought .. I told this man several times to stop shouting and really appreciated his help and realized this wasn’t his job to have to do this. I somehow think this is something he’s done several times before.!!!!! I was also made aware in the message there was a problem with the sewage the (hand held shower) but there appeared to be a problem with the water emptying in the sink .. the bed was comfortable and the overhead shower was great, but that’s about it!! Where do I begin ????

Personnel was helpful

This is a very comfortable 2 level apartment right adjacent to the fun nightlife of Monastiraki. The view is limited.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to most of the tourist and historical sites. Also the street it's on led right to a square with many restaurants. The breakfast restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious@

Very comfortable beds. Nice quiet room to sleep. Very nice breakfast at restaurant across street. Lovely desk clerk at morning checkout. Elevator is small. Hard for van to drop off or pick up at unit.

The cutest hidden gem in the perfect location! Tons of restaurants, markets, and monuments nearby. Overall the neighborhood is very young and lively, perfect for people watching and being in the heart of the city. Property itself is great, but hard for taxis to get to! If you’re bringing a lot of luggage be aware you’ll likely need to walk it.

Fantastic stay! Incredible location and the room was super clean and comfortable. Bed was particularly comfortable. Breakfast was really lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was excellent! It was an unfortunate situation. But the fact that you have to use a keypad to get into the hotel and into your room was problematic because of a glitch in our room keypad, we were unable to get into our room for almost 2 hours after a long day of sightseeing.

There is staff on site only 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly supportive. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. During our stay, we faced several issues. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi connection throughout our entire stay. The owner assured us that they were fixing it, but nothing happened. Secondly, the reception working hours were unusually short, only until 4 pm, which is quite rare for hotels. On our last day, we requested a taxi to the airport at 4 am, and the reception confirmed the booking. However, the taxi never arrived. There was no reception or taxi during check-out, so we had to resort to calling Uber. Additionally, our booking details somehow got leaked and we got strange messages from Whatsup about additional payments and asking to click links.

Comfortable beds, fun location, cleanliness. No WIFI for the last 24 hours. This created many problems for us in terms of confirming reservations at restaurant, calling Uber, checking in to flights, etc. Also, front desk is only available 8-4.

The location is just perfect!! Center of all the good stuff and enormous choices of bars and restaurants Near metro Breakfast was at a coffee place 1 minutes out of the hotel with fresh juices, good latte and very good choices of food! Room is nice, we had a balcony so even better The staff will keep your luggage before and after checking for as long as you want witch was very convenient It didn’t bother us but just need to know that been in the center of the city, there is music at night in all restaurants around and tons of people so it can get a bit loud
