Walking distance from city centre attractions Checked in at 5:30pm and my room was not ready. WiFi was not working in my room, could not stream anything. Shower was either burning hot or cold. No electric sockets near the bed. No bedside lamp. Mugs in the bedroom were not cleaned. Breakfast is taken outside the hotel and not in big portions. The vicinity of the hotel is gross. People coming to you in the street or at the terrace asking for money.

The staff was so accommodating. We had an early check in and late check out and were able to send out a bag of laundry which was returned clean within 3 hours! All for 15 euro! The restaurants and bars outside our door were wonderful! Authentic Greek food and very affordable. Loved the area.

I can't remember anything negative to say at all, I can only say positive things, I am very, very satisfied.

The rooms are big, clean. The location is excellent. The staff is friendly

Location, attractiveness Noise, lack of sound attenuation, funky elevator, slippery polished marble bathrooms floors

Great location in the center of Psiri. Close to metro, Agora and the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants, bars and boutique shops. On Psiri Square. Lots of activity. 24 hr convivence store across the street. Nothing All good

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The accommodations were just right for what we wanted. I would say they went the extra mile to make our stay perfect.

Located in the heart of Athens, in a lively suburb with restaurants and hip bars. The room with jacuzzi was private and well equipped. It's close to the key tourist sites and to public transport. Breakfast was excellent, with vouchers given for a restaurant next door, even with a takeaway for an early departure. Access is easy with codes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to say!

The hotel’s location is excellent — close to everything and easy to walk around. The staff are super friendly and very helpful, always professional and responsive. It was a great stay overall, and I’ll definitely come back next time

Staff were exceptional! Breakfast was great. 5-minute walk to the square. Restaurants all around, shopping and sites. Maybe a different room.

Good location, good price, great employees and a nice room. If the main door was closed (after 10pm) you had to walk up a flight of stairs to access the elevator. There are steps up to the bed with no rail to hold on to, our room view was awful.

Excellent location right in the heart of the Psyri and walking distance to all the major city center activities, shops, markets, museums, ruins, and attractions. Great Terrace and plenty of space in the room. Lots of cool little details (like a vinyl record player with Beatles albums on hand) - staff was awesome and accommodating. Was loud late into the evening/night, but given the neighborhood, was not too surprised.

Feels more like room for rent, not a hotel. The Jaccuzi in the middle or room, is a gimmik, not useful, huge waste of water.

Small structure in the heart of Psiri area. The personel was extremely friendly and polite, which is always really appreciated. The room was big and had a balcony with a view on Lycabettus. Small rooftop (no bar/restaurant) available for customers. The elevator is arriving direclty in the room, which is not an issue, but early in the morning it causes a lot of noise. In addition, there is the light of the elevator that you cannot turn off. The fact that it was not bar/restaurant in the hotel, but we were informed. The room could have been cleaned better. The fact that we had to leave.....

Location is excellent. Close to Monasteraki metro station which made getting to and from the airport easy. Walking distance to all the main attractions and areas of interest. Breakfast in the cafe nearby was really good. Nice little roof terrace for watching the sunset! Roof terrace has a lot of potential but it a little bit jaded looking. It looks better in the pictures as it seems like it used to connect to the roof terrace of the hotel next door but now there is a locked gate between. However still really nice to sit and watch a sunset. Noisy at night as it is in a busy area but to be expected with such a central location and worth it. Shower leaked but overall the room was lovely.

The rooms could do with small changes to make them really good, such as bedside tables and a light or switch by the bed or even just small wall shelves. More storage rather than just 4 hangers above the coffee maker too. There was ample room to add hanging space or more shelves there. The same applies in the bathroom. Generally nice and the location was excellent.
