We were out early for tours and did not have the free breakfast.

The rooms was very beautiful, two beds very comfortable and clean. The location for shopping and restaurants was very good. This location is not for someone who wants to sleep. The bar under the hotel was very, very loud, so we ended up going to bed at 2 am and had to get up at 7 am to catch a flight. I will not recommend to anyone who need to sleep.

Location is great for walking to many sites. Large room. Needs maintenance- holes in walls where it looks like a electrical work was done & not patched. Many lightbulbs missing. Floor needs good scrub, white film on socks, white drapes stained. Great having two large balconies , but there were no chairs on one of them so could not enjoy. Worst part was the live music nearby- so loud, walls shook (electronic house music) during day & until 2 am. General street noise was was okay.

both suites were comfortable to us. although junior smaller was, was it still excellent and we have nothing to complain about. our stay at the Artisan was excellent and the stuff in reception exceptional helpful in all our questions Location also excellent NOTHING!

The room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There were things in the room that were slightly broken and it was extremely noisy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated all the help and suggestions they provided while we visited Athens. The breakfast was just OK. A little more choice might have improved the experience. It was still satisfying.

it's close to the main attractions, restaurants and shops lots of stairs if you're claustrophobic - the elevator is tiny

- big clean room that was spacious - lots of food venues around - the lift is tiny - lots of noise even on weekdays. The glass in tue building is not double glazed so its super noisy until early morning hours. If your not a deep sleeper its a big problem

We very much enjoyed Anita at the front desk. We interacted with her several times over the course of our stay. She was helpful in many ways including arranging for a taxi to take us for a day outing to Delphi.

Very convenient location, with great access to food and attractions. Friendly staff as well came and went and breakfast was included!

Spacious, good location, amazing staff, breakfast included Shower is very unpractical. Needs improvement, water splashing all over the place, it needs a proper shower door.
