Safestay Athens Monastiraki

I booked a single room, and was in a building across the street, not the building with the rooftop, which I didn't realise on booking. The room and bathroom were a little shabby - but still fine for a hostel. The breakfast is very cheap, and quite uninspired. There was no staff there when I got the breakfast, and no mugs to drink out of

The staff was super kindly. You have lockers to put away your luggage before check in and after check out. The location is absolutely perfect. And they have a good cheap breakfast. On the other side they have a beautiful rooftop with an amazing views. Nothing bad to add

Humidity, worn out beds, bathroom door was moulded and broken, bath room was very rudimentory, bathroom was too small: to get to the toilet you had to step into the shower cabin first. No value for money except dor excellent location

Very well located in center of Athens. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Value for money and facilities. Additionally providing luggage storage facilities before check-in or post checkout was added convenience. Good Roof Top Bar with view of Acropolis Nothing in general to be mentioned that i didn’t like.

The mattress was not so comfortable, but it was fair enough for a one-night stay.

Excellent location, very close to many places. Very close to Airport Metro. Great staff, always helpful. It was very warm inside during February. Very cheap for its location! No hot/warm water for showers. 6 bedroom room was tiny, no blow dryers in rooms. I believe you can go to reception and ask for it but still it’s weird that they don’t have ot in the rooms. No curtains in the shower, the bathroom floor will turn into a lake after one person showers. You will need to pay if you want to leave your luggages before check-in, which is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Breakfast is very basic, almost not good. No fresh vegetables or fruits were served.

its location is top-notch - close to all transportation needed (bus/metro) & directly overlooking the Acropolis (from the rooftop). also v close to all shops/cafes. showers could've been bigger

The staff are nice, but the heater wasn’t warm enough.

Excellent location. Very central and close to the subway. Walking distance for many key destinations We got wonderful adjoining rooms on the 6th floor. The balcony was awesome. The only issue was that the floor above is a rooftop restaurant and every time anybody moved furniture it would be very loud. Late at night this was not pleasant when we were trying to get a good nights sleep.

Confirmation number 6510411064 room 22 We were the shower without hot water then contact the front desk, and they informed the boiler in the building broken couldn’t fix until Monday 10/20 Then we talked to assistant manager name Panos to have the results, but he didn’t have authority to move the room has hot water or another location. He temporarily suggested using share shower dom room in another building, and we try to escort my wife to shower, but I got stop someone in the room it was difficultly and inconvenient We would like you to find the resolution to get the new room or compensation or anything else you must do, Please let me know as soon as possible I would like to some refund compensation as they promised.

Everything the bedrooms are not good and the bathroom doesn't have any towels also no lockers the lockers doesn't have locks a lot of unknown people with you

Excellent en staff, patient and helpful. Broken shower and no door, would soak the toilet paper. Breakfast was overpriced in booking but available for less onsite.
