I love the location of the property. It’s close to the center yet. It doesn’t feel so claustrophobic. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I stay here every year when I come to Greece. I love everything about it. I have nothing negative to say.

The room was Clean and with more space, the staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was good with many variety The location is not near the city center or the sea; you have to use transportation to get there.

We were offered a free room upgrade with a free breakfast. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay in Athens. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Bar on top is has one of the best views on the city.

Location Cleanliness Bed Staff was not receptive to our comments or concerns. Needed to iron my cloths iron did not work, they brought me a very old one with no steam. Sink in washroom was clogged I mentioned my concerns and not even an apology was offered. This was my 5th time staying at the hotel and I must say it was very disappointing. They also tried to charge me twice for the hotel tax which I had paid upon my arrival.

Great hotel for the family with big room and very comfortable. This was the hotel I stayed at when I was my daughter’s age so we had to go back after so long. It’s definitely been renovated very nice and clean and professional staff. Breakfast was the best we have had in Greece. The only thing I guess could be the pool should be renovated to more modern standards. I remember the pool was basically the same way from 30 years ago when I was there last time when I was 8. The water level is more than a feet down below the edge. No steps for the pool. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The staff was nice. They helped solve the problem of a gap between beds where the baby would get stuck by putting a large mattress in. The sickness clogged. The first day we only had 1 set of towels although it was 3 people (one infant) staying.
-
The hotel is very old and our room is 45 m2 but there is no almost windov and very dark room.
-
The 'heated' indoor pool was still pretty chilly and the pool bar isn't open off season.
-
The room and breakfast were fantastic.
