ERMASS Athens

Super convenient access to the heart of the city, with the Acropolis just a short walk away, along with many other major attractions in the city center. The service was excellent, the room was cozy and comfortable. At night we could here other guests walking in fornt of the room.

Location. Shower- water runs out the shower space with no way to wipe it. Needed a glass door

Clean, tidy, comfortable, nice staff The view wasn’t great at all. Middle of athens, but the area was really rough at night.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and modern. The reception staff were always very kind and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay – everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Athens. It’s just a short walk to the metro, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. For me, it’s a 10 out of 10!

Location - bit of a dodgy area but other than that everything else was brilliant

Rooms well appointed and kept spotlessly clean. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. An optometrist would call the location a neighborhood in transition, and I think that would be fairly accurate. Even though the local neighborhood currently looks fairly rough, we felt quite safe. There’s a fair bit of renovation and new construction close to this hotel so the location might be much more upscale in a few years.

The room was very nice. The staff, facility, and place was clean. There was also a rooftop that was very nice. There was a cafe right beside the hotel which made it very convenient for something small. The walk to the metro was not far and there were shops and restaurants within close walking distance.

The room we had was tight in space due to our needing the sofa bed opened.

Very clean room. Helpful staff. Convenient location. The general area is in an older neighborhood.

The neighbourhood does not feel safe. I did not dare to go out in the evening.

Located in a great location that’s only a short cab ride away from shops, restaurants, bars. The shower could have been designed better to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet.

Well, it’s not the Ritz Carlton but it is well located, the staff are VERY friendly and helpful, the bed was of excellent quality and the room was exceptionally clean. We also liked the well equipped kitchenette.

Property is close to downtown area with various shops, restaurants and attractions. It was a bit noisy. Street noise and noise from the halls could easily be heard.

Modern design, fully equipped and very clean. It also has a rooftop with seating areas and a swing, you can look at the sunset from there or just sit with friends. Very beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning ladies are extremely nice. The location is excellent but at night some nearby streets aren’t safe to walk in.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! Especially Josh who we came in contact with the most. He was very friendly, helpful, personable, and professional. I loved that the room had a Nespresso machine, easy access to delicious food delivery, and was within walking distance to shopping and street vendors. Every night we went to the rooftop, overlooking the city lights, and sat in the comfortable lounger enjoying wine and the stars. HIGHLY Recommend the Ermass!!! enjoyed our stay!! Cons- no direct parking - but that was easily remedied when the morning staff directed us to a parking garage (Polis Parking) within walking distance to keep our rental car safe and secure for around 15€ - 18€.
