Staff was not helping, there was no hot water and Wi-Fi was not working properly inside room.

Flexibility with the checking in and resolution of the booking discrepancies through the third party. Very convenient location to the old part of Athens, close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Behind the hotel there is an affordable parking garage for 7 euros parking spot for 24 hours. The breakfast is fantastic and nutrient. N/A

Excellent location. Great breakfast options. The bed was not good. The sheets did not fit the bed and several times in the night you woke up to your face and/or body on the mattress. No mattress cover. Just an old dirty/worn mattress.

The location was dodgy as there were a lot of prostitutes soliciting business on the other side of the shower. Our shower sometimes had no hot water. The eggs at breakfast were cold. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00. The room was not soundproof as advertised, but a lot of noise from the street (and we were on the 9th floor).

I don't liked the outside of the hotel, it was very dirty. I liked everything in the hotel. This is the only thing that I didn't liked

The room was huge, with a balcony, and had more than enough to feel comfortable. The area is not the prettiest, however, super convenient, full of shops, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the subway line. The staff was really helpful, adapted our additional request. Breakfast was full of fresh options. The cleaning staff had their trolley in front of our door, and they started chatting early in the morning, every day. I respect their work but it felt a little inconvenient to have someone talking in front of your door for half of the day. They could move in front of empty rooms on the floor, as there were such rooms as well.

On booking is very good but once you go there is different. Area for zombies and junkie They take injection in street and under the hotel and everywhere around the area and it’s not recommended for families at all

Fantastic staff. Loved breakfast at attached restaurant (best coffee on the island!). Daily room service was really necessary because of sand brought in on clothes and shoes

The location was very good, and the rate of the hotel was so good until I arrive and see that the hotel doesn’t deserve this rate at all. The best person I met in this hotel is the front office manger he is very nice person and he help me to feel more comfortable in this low level hotel. then I found out that it’s not safe area a lot of junkie people everywhere in the area so much and they inject themselves in public and sometimes they try to stop people. Plus the toilet was for Dwarves not normal people I have to stuck in the wall to close the door of the toilet. And many negative things else in this hotel and area

Good hot water in shower. Breakfast good with hot and cold choices. Breakfast staff efficient. Room is large but only has beds, 1 desk and 1 chair. Needs another chair or two. TV on one side of room and cannot be turned to view front the other side. Toilet didn't flush and needed fixing. TV was pixeling. Only 1 glass for two people. Had to ask more than once for my requests. Furniture in lobby is worn

Breakfast was very ordinary. Pictures show beautiful fresh fruit platters etc but it's mainly tinned fruit. Pastries were dried up and inedible. Didn't like having a shower only to find that the shower gel was empty! The said we can send someone to fill it up now but a bit late when you're already in the shower. No TV remote in the room, The tried to get us to change rooms but there was no remote there either! The maintenance man came and said sorry you will have to put your hand behind the TV and manually change the channel. Booked a city view room and we had a half window looking out onto dumpsters Not what we paid for or what was described. Also no tea or coffee in the room but they did fix that when we said something. No iron either. Didn't like the location as drugged up people sitting around outside and felt quite unsafe to walk around.

The staff were great. They were attentive, informative, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good coffee options, but we recommend that if you eat there, the eggs may be cold, and they warm up on the heating station. I liked the fresh vegetables and the different options for meats, yoghurt w/toppings, different breads, and the high quality coffee machines, and you can also have the option of traditional Greek coffee. The cost was very reasonable, but this is not a place for children or elderly people who expect concierge service. The location was easy access to the train station. The sheets were clean, There is a digital locked safe in the closet. If you want ice, you can request it from the front desk and they will bring it to your room. Employees speak English and they are very professional and friendly. The hotel guests seemed to be very international from Europe and the Middle East. There was one night some group hosting teenagers were there, but mainly I noticed more middle-aged guests and retired folks. There is luggage storage available if you arrive early. It was great! The front desk recommended some good restaurants and just walked to Monastiraki and Plaka to explore and eat prior to check in. We had an early flight and the hotel booked our taxi for us. Next to the hotel is a coffee shop/orange juice shop, when we wanted a freddo cappuccino after a big walk, it's a good place to go to and the owner is very cool. Again, the staff are GREAT! The neighborhood is the most neglected by the Athenian local government, although it was booming in the 1950-60's. So this not a reflection of the hotel, but the location is something to be very aware of. Personally, I wasn't scared, just annoyed by the screams and noise on Saturday night. Bring earplugs. Do your research about Omonia neighborhood. Then you'll know what to expect. There are many unhoused, many who cope by using drugs, and they congregate about a half the block past the hotel. They are not in front of the hotel, nor are they allowed near the hotel. Do not go there that part of the street area, especially at night! Everyone has their own story as to how they end up on skid row, but if you're not expecting this, be prepared and just be smart. We didn't experience panhandlers accosting us, and there is hotel security at night. With as busy as this hotel is with international travelers who are not backpackers, this hotel should update their towels as I found some that had been so worn down that they were falling apart and there were some stains (probably coffee). The curtains/drapes had some sticky food that was left by a previous guest. The bedding was immaculate, but do not expect high quality thread sheets. They were standard white cotton sheets like you would find in a moderate-quality hotel. The mattresses are really soft, and not very comfortable, but we had the same type of mattress in a higher quality hotel in Greece. Please note, they're worn down in the middle, it's like IKEA. Don't expect a Serta, expect a twin mattress bumped next to another twin (making it a double) and that you're at grandma's for a sleep over w/her 1970's twin mattress. The AC worked, but don't be an idiot and push all the buttons complaining that the AC doesn't work and get mad at the staff. Read the panel to figure out how to turn it on, or ask the hotel staff to assist you.

Staff was nice, always ready to help. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Room size also was really good. Breakfast was ok, but didn't changed during our stay. I hated the fact that after a night flight we had to wait till 3pm for checkin (every year checkin time is shifted to later). Still good that our baggage has been stored. Location was close to main places to go, but the area was bad, there were many drunk, homeless people around, prostitutes around 9pm on the way to the hotel. I usually went back to hotel early, but still would meet such people.

Located in the walking distance from the center and has metro nearby but the neighborhood itself is very questionable. Nice breakfast with decent variety. The room itself was big but very dirty and poor maintained with black walls, hair, mold in the shower and corresponding smell. Balcony was closed (as we were explained due to the safety reasons as we were traveling with kids), but I have doubts it was ever opened and cleaned due to it’s appearance. When I complained at reception and showed pictures they checked other available rooms but did not offer to move to any due to various purposes (availability / maintenance / housekeeping). The neighborhood has a lot of homeless people around and doesn’t feel safe, despite that we were assured of safety.
