The hotel is GREAT, however, the street it is located on is quite filthy. There is an unfortunate amount of trash and graffiti, making it appear as though the area is unsafe or undesirable.

Staff at this hotel is amazing. They are incredibly caring and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. They accommodated us with early check in and a breakfast bag for the flight.

Not much We were given a room different than the type i had booked. When i requested a change, they were surprised. They said the hotel is full. When i was adamant about my request, they found a room. Same class but different than photos. Having a balcony was important for me (as shown in the photos). We had a french balcony which is a not a proper balcony. They are good at marketing. Too expensive for this one. Not a real hotel. It is a building renovated.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great. The staff was very nice also and arranged for pick up and drop off from airport and port, respectively. The safe didn’t work.
