An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect—convenient, central, and close to everything. The overall experience was outstanding, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. The bar was not open, which would have been nice to get a drink for the rooftop area. There was also construction on the road outside the hotel, which made it more challenging to get to and from the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The property perfectly combines elegance and luxury while maintaining the warm and intimate atmosphere of a boutique hotel. The suite we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. One of the things we appreciated most was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing personalized service. Their attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Athens, it is within walking distance of all the main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. As someone who generally prefers to avoid large, crowded hotels, I particularly loved the fact that this property is small, charming, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The boutique atmosphere allowed for a much more personalized and specialized level of service, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. We had a truly unforgettable stay and created wonderful memories here. Without a doubt, this is a place we will happily return to in the future, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet intimate experience in Athens.

I fell for the high review scores, and now I understand how they maintain them. The staff are undeniably nice and friendly, clearly trained to make guests feel supported with constant smiles and personal attention. They create a warm atmosphere by stepping out from behind the front desk to assist guests or offering reassuring gestures. However, despite being a Booking.com Genius Level 3 member with the highest available discount, I still paid $457.50 per night in mid-May 2026 — and the experience was nowhere near worth that price. The rooms are small, with very basic furnishings, average bed linens, and ordinary towels. Nothing about the accommodation feels luxurious or premium. Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money. What disappointed me most was the obvious push for positive reviews. Before leaving, guests are offered promises of future upgrades, complimentary services, and special treatment — all seemingly in exchange for giving the hotel a good review. It’s unlikely I’ll return anytime soon, and realistically they probably won’t remember me either. The whole experience felt overly calculated and insincere.

The property location was very convenient to most sites In Athens. The quality of our suite was excellent and the Service was outstanding. The Pinnacle made thw best of City road construction by providing us with Transport from the AirPort.

Everyone who works there was so helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Room was small but perfectly comfortable. I felt so welcomed and everyone went above and beyond. Bed was really comfy. Rooftop view was incredible. I really liked everything. Staff apologized for the inconvenience of construction outside but they have no control of this.

We LOVED everything about the Pinnacle Athens! We were greeted by Demis (spelling) and although we arrived early after disembarking from the Sun Princess our room was ready within an hour. Demi was SO charming and helpful and gave us time to check out the area. Niko was so sweet and attentive in taking care of our luggage and Paolo (spelling) was also SO charming and friendly giving us the BEST tips on where to dine! The rooftop view is magnificent and the lovely ladies that served the AMAZING breakfast could not have been more pleasant. To say we felt so at home at the Pinnacle is an understatement. We were looking for “authentic” Greek style accommodations rather than a “Marriott” type hotel and the Pinnacle truly delivered! We are replicating the walk-in open shower and beautiful tile in the new house we are renovating. I am telling ALL my friends who plan to visit Athens that the Pinnacle Athens is the BEST.
