The location and the staff. The front desk was always there to help and our cleaning staff was so kind and thoughtful. Loved having two toilets. The room itself is large, but bare bones. No outlets for charging anything near the beds on the bottom level. The AC had a hard time cooling the top level.

Great location. Loved the balcony to have breakfast and see the Acropolis.

Bathroom was a bit small but had what you needed!

When we arrived all the two-bed rooms were taken., even though I had requested a room with two beds. So my son and I shared a bed. Just a minor inconvenience, as the bed was large enough for us to share.

The room was small, but it had very high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. My room had a beautiful view of an old church and a garden terrace. The shower was tiny, but the showerhead itself had great pressure and the water was very hot. This room would be unsuitable for a significantly overweight person. I was surprised that the hotel manager was only there until 6 PM; there should be someone staffed at the front desk 24/7. The next day, there was a different person at the front desk. My room faced the back of the building, which unfortunately faced also a noisy restaurant with outdoor seating. I also did not know that the church behind the building would ring the bells on every hour; however, this was a minor issue since the bells were not that loud. I wish there was a luggage rack for my suitcase. The AC had a somewhat mildewy odor. It was inconvenient that the lights in the hallways had to be turned on every time I wanted to walk down the hall.

Perfect location. Friendly staff The bathrooms need to be renovated. No elevator

Such a great location! The stairs and no elevator are harder if you’re older (I’m almost 60), so an elevator is a real plus!
-
The accommodation was definitely a bit outdated but in a fabulous location close to central Athens and walkable to all the major sights. There was no elevator so make sure you're comfortable carrying your luggage! The window was finicky and would not close properly so it was quite loud with the road work outside early in the morning. Staff and locations were the best. The room was a bit tiny, but I worked with it. The stairs are a bit much if you have mobility concerns.

The rooftop terrace is amazing, it has perfect view of the Acropolis. The room is too small, and the furniture is not so good.

The service was great and location is wonderful.

Very well located less than 10 minutes from Plaka. No lift so it’s hard when you have your luggage but otherwise it’s great exercise.

Great location. Staff very helpful. George gave a wonderful recommendation to see the Cycladic Museum. Rooftop nice. Quiet. Great balcony. Really good bed.
