Loved the property! It was close to everything, the market, the acropolis, restaurants. The beds were great. You can see the acropolis from the restaurant on the 4th floor. Staff were there 24hrs and very friendly. Highly recommend I wish I booked directly with the hotel and not with bookings.com Don’t use bookings.com

The shower is open to the room. If you are traveling with friend it's to much exposed
-
Proximity to metro, bus stop, top sights, restaurants and shops. Staff were outstanding Third/extra bed was very uncomfortable but for 2 nights/short stays I just did not bother to complain or request a change. Not a deal breaker for me

It was not a problem for us, but yes, the elevator is small and you may need to carry luggage on stairs. For someone with a physical limitation, it could be difficult.

The location of this hotel was just perfect. The area is so charming and vibrant, walkable to a majority of the best attractions of Athens. It's definitely my favorite neighborhood there, always bustling with life and so many food options. The room itself was stunning, clean, and the shower was my favorite one that I had my entire 15 days in Greece. Just an FYI it is open/exposed to the rest of the room so these rooms would definitely be best for a couple or a solo traveler. I had the breakfast on my last day and it was delicious, with a great view of the Parthenon! The staff was kind and welcoming, and they helped me book a private transfer to the airport upon my departure. Nothing!

Location is central to everything

Excellent staff and location.

I am used to city noise living in. SF. If you were a light sleeper, the room I was in was noisy due to the alleyway having a restaurant down below. Also, I can hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms that rattled my door.

We stayed here twice. The first week of our time in Greece and the last 2 days before flying home. We were so pleased that we had made the plans to stay in the same place as we loved the location and access to restaurants and shopping.

The area around L"Avventura Athens looks sketchy but don't let that stop you, it's an old city with lots of graffiti. We are an older couple and at no time did we feel uncomfortable. The hotel is a short walk from Monastraki Square, no need for a taxi. Just mind the missing cobblestones! The breakfast is generous and all of the staff were delightful and helpful. We stayed here at both ends of our trip and were so glad we found this spot. And as others have noted, there is an excellent fish restaurant right outside the front door, give it a try. Another short walk away are many restaurants offering all kinds of food. We used the laundry service that the hotel offered and were not happy. The clothes returned to us rolled up and wrinkled. We did mention this at check out so hopefully they have found another service provider.

Really nice and new place to stay in central location. Boutique hotel with cozy vibes. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. We had issues with the ventilation which was fixable.

Loved the location, staff and design Room 102 near the laundry room

The stay was very comfortable, with clean and cozy rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. I would definitely stay here again. You’re steps from Monastiraki square , shop and metro station. A suggestion to add free breakfast in the future would be amazing.
