wish the luggage was bright to our room after a long day in athens once the room was available. or at least had assistance from the hotel bringing it to our suite.

I loved the location because it was central to everything like shopping, restaurants, and the acropolis. We were able to walk to anything we wanted, which helped to not constantly pay for taxis. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Overall the property was great. The only thing that was inconvenient was the location of the reception office and our room. The reception office was on a different street, so we had to move with our luggage and to the office and then take it back with us. It was not terrible, but it would have been helpful if they had someone to help with moving the luggage.

We stayed it a family room and it was very good stay. Room and bathroom were big and location is very good as many good restaurants, Little Cook, and other landmarks are near by Breakfast was good (though one has to walk to another building some 50M away to have the breakfast) Some practices problems which we faced during our stay 1. It was an open big bathroom, so the bathroom glasses should also have been blurred like the toilet one. Since bathroom is open and bathing space is wit clear glasses, it’s was kind of nobody can pass if someone is taking bath 2. Since the building was an annex building, I wish if property could have provide a small oven and some other kitchen amenities /plates etc 3. Entire floor was marble/ tiles and was very cold during winter, so properly should have some rugs on the floor .

If you take an Uber or Taxi, they can't enter small street. It is off limits to cars. However, you only have to walk about 100 feet to entrance gate on a slight uphill.

All communication with the staff was very easy and convenient and they were very welcoming and nice. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the metro and the entire central area. Highly recommend!

The view on the back side is quite rough… otherwise wonderful!

The comfort, beauty. Is an excelet place The terrace is huge, with a direct view of the Acropolis and there is not a chair or anything to avoid losing that view. Unique.

Location, view Bathroom design bad, sofa bed is hard, cannot be locked bathroom, breakfast buffet not so good with watery orange juice; awful brewed coffee- watery hot water

The view of the prom was amazing, especially at night! The room was spacious and comfortable Like that, we had to go out of the building to go to the reception area
