Very clean.

This is my go to Hotel in Athens. Love it. Maybe bathroom a little dark. Could use brighter lighting for shaving etc.

The location was great. It was easy to navigate/walk around the city to different points of interest.

Location Poor breakfast, room not so clean when entered for the first time, impractical bathroom which is part of the bedroom (not separated, essentially sink in the bedroom), average and overpriced food in the restaurant, only one lift, only one bottle of water per stay included (the rest must be paid), generally not worthy and doesn’t seem like a 5 star hotel

I know and I like this hotel. It is very well located and have all the facilities for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately it is on a main road and the traffic is elevated also during the night.

The staff are very nice and kind. The location is central and perfect. There is only one elevator :(

We loved how cool the hotel is, and how much attention to detail there is in the design - loved the location, the comfortable bed, the staff was lovely, nice bar and views. The hotel is super beautiful but they forgot key ergonomic details or day to day comfort; I could barely see in the bathroom when doing my makeup, there was a magnifying mirror but hte light was not turning on (dead battery), there wasn't a cabinet to put my things in, so i left them on the floor, there wasn't cotton pads or qtips or any of the amenities - you had to call to ask for bath mats or anything else you needed. there wasn't a kettle in the room, and i had to ask daily to have enough coffee capsules and tea sachets. they changed teh temperature and settings of the aircon every day, which was really annoying too. the TV wasn't a smart TV, we spent hours trying to watch anything or pair it with our netflix/disney plus, and failed, then had to rent very old and bad movie for 8€. as we were not happy with that, the hotel did give us a discount, but that's not the point, when one goes on a nice weekend and treats themselves to a nicer hotel, they want these bits to be flawless.

Excellent location for the main tourist areas and restaurants, a short walk from Syntagma Metro. The beds are very comfortable. Staff helpful and pleasant. Small gym in basement which has all the basic equipment Weird room layout and areas of style over substance (what is going on with the light switches??) Location means it is a bit noisy but probably as you'd expect in a city. Food and drinks at the hotel are far too expensive. Felt overpriced for what it was

Breakfast was not included so we did not have it at the hotel prefer just to grab a coffee and tiropita from a bakery around the corner. The roof top experience was great. Lovely views of the city and great staff experience. The beds were so comfy I didn’t want to leave. A bit hard to change but the rooms are tiny! Two suitcases and two people makes it hard to swing the cat! It was at the high end of our accommodation costs during our 6 weeks away. Surprisingly Athens is now more expensive than Rome and Barcelona which is the reverse of previous holidays.

Excellent breakfast. The decorations in the hotel are amazing. Walls covered with old, crashed furniture or leather. Room is very modern, clean and quite functional.
