Close to most tourist places When we arrived we were surprised there was no lobby and toilets . We arrived early and they said that our room was not ready and said no toilets in the hotel just the rooms. They said they would phone us when the room was avialable . Which they didnt do at all and we came back at the check in of 3 pm, no apologies or nothing!! Also room has mold and rot in the bathroom

It was in the center The room was cold and I had to contact the front desk at least a dozen times to try and get a little heat

The staff were very helpful, the hotel has a great location with excellent transportation access, and there are many restaurants nearby. The facilities are a bit old, and the noise from the road next to it is quite loud.

Loved the modern style of The Tribe! The checkin. Process, facilities and restaurant were all great. I would like your restaurant to offer more casual selections of food in addition to formal dinner. E.g, breakfast choices like yogurtand sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and sparkling water.

Location & room -

The bathroom was not very clean, the shower was moldy. And the pull out sofa bed should be replaced as it is very uncomfortable.

Great location and room size. We booked a taxi through the hotel to pick up from the port to the hotel. The taxi went to the airport by “accident” so we had to get in the taxi stand line. Ended up being charged €100 vs the €30 from the hotel. Yes we paid too much but it was our only option, no one seemed concerned about it either.

Location was great, very close to many attractions: Acropolis, plaka, restos etc Room was quite large with well equipped kitchenette

we loved that place and will sure come back little noise from the main road, not critical Shades block the sun but not 100%, in case you are sensitive to that breakfast is given in boxes, while it is kind of romantic eating in the room, I don't think it is a good breakfast and better book without and eat somewhere outside.

Main Street and traffic was very loud all Night long

The location, the size of the room, comfy bed, the staff. Noise from the street traffic. The ‘boxed’ breakfast.

Very spacious comfortable room. Great location, and friendly staff. Our shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor- room 21. We reported it but it was no better the second morning, so we just skipped a shower the last morning rather than deal with it.

Clean, efficient, safe, and it's walkability to downtown. The bathroom could have been more updated.

The hotel is in a great location—very close to the Acropolis and just steps from the metro station. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mini kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, microwave, and utensils. The staff were always helpful and responsive. During our arrival, there was a taxi strike in Athens, and the hotel team went out of their way to provide detailed instructions for using public transport, which made a big difference. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay! Since our room was facing the main road it sometimes got noisy.

Overall everything was perfect

Clean, nice staff, close to metro and center, and a really nice private terrace on the top floor. A little noisy from traffic at night. Room was a little hot the first night, and it was not possible to change the . Staff could adjust it the next day.

Great size rooms with fantastic amenities. The receptionist greeting us could have been more pleasant, but maybe she was having a rough day. I found it can be a little noisy on the lower levels, so try to get a room higher up
