Spacious room, clean, friendly staff
-
The location was great and so was the family apartment. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The family suite was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was generous space to stow away luggage and put up clothes. AC in every room (could probably be cleaned and serviced this season). Breakfast at the hotel is a short walk from the suites and was very good. The bathrobes and house shoes were a pleasant surprise. Bottled water in the fridge that was restocked was a nice touch. The entrance to the hotel is clean and welcoming. It would be nice if the entrance to the suites would be as well. Two rooms had windows that couldn’t be opened. The windows were painted so there was no natural light. The humidity in the bathroom made the paint peel, a quick touch up would improve the look.

The staff (Eirini) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There were power outages in the area when we went to check in. Since there was no power in the building where we booked she offered us two rooms in their adjacent hotel. We were exhausted from travel and she corrected what could’ve been an uncomfortable situation. They had a lovely breakfast in their adjacent hotel lobby. The property was good. I have no complaints.

The windows were very dirty, I don't think they have cleaned at all this year. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, I suppose it was the drainage. The beds were small and uncomfortable. All these for a "discounted" 214€ for one night!

The room was comfortable, the bed was good and the shower was large with lots of hot water. The balcony was huge. The first night we arrived around 11pm. We checked in, and took our room keys. We walked to the suites which is a few minutes away from the main hotel building and when we opened our door, there was a family already asleep inside! We were shocked! We had to go all the way back with our things to the hotel to be given a new room. We walked all the way back to the suites to find out our new room key didn't work. We called the front desk extremely frustrated, and the receptionist came to us this time with a 3rd key, which finally worked. Once inside, we noticed there is no safety lock on the door. We tried locking the deadbolt, but it someone has a key to your room, the dead bolt opens automatically. We did not feel safe, as that meant people could come in whenever if the reception messes up and gives the wrong key again. We brought this up to the management and they refused to do anything about it. Their response was "What do you want us to do about it?" I spoke with multiple people throughout our stay. Finally on our last morning I mentioned I would submit a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism, and all of a sudden, they offered us one night's refund.

Everything was excellent ?

Great location. We were three people and stayed in an apartment, quite spacious and with the facilities. Great price. The breakfast was very good too.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell, and there weren’t any napkins.

The air-conditioner didn't work at all. It was a little cold at night. I imagine that in summer time it will be essential. I was told I can't have a late check out because my room was reserved, even though I saw through booking that the same room seemed free (I think there was only one of that kind).

Location was great - near Rome Termini. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great wonderful selection and very fresh. Advertised "balcony" was really a large deck on this top floor room - wonderful place for an outdoor drink. Room was a little small but was not a surprise.

Great and big apartment close to everything we needed: bars, restaurants, metro, tourist busses as long as historical locations such as Acropolis. we enjoyed our stay a lot. the place was cleaned everything day. The patio in our apartment was the best!!! there was some issue with AC so it didn't heat, but I think the staf was talking care about it.
-
We only got one room key and it’s also for the electricity in the room so if one person left the room with the card all the electricity went down

Location was great, staff very helpful especially since to bus and taxi being closed.

Big comfortable room with a huge terrace! Breakfast is at the hotel, 50m away and is OK. All in all, this place that is not far from psiri (crazy touristic, really too much...) gave us quiet and peace when we needed, and was only 25mn by foot from the center. By the way, the museum of modern art (Memet) is right on the other side of the street and is magnificent! Nothing at all, except that there is too much meat in the breakfast, and when it was pouring rain one day, they didn't have hotel umbrellas. The lady at the reception wanted to lend us hers!
