The hotel is nice, no fancy facilities, but good enough. Nice staff, nice breakfast, and the rooms are big and comfortable No pool, no nice lobby, small place to sit together with friends.

Location was ideal! 15 minute walk to Acropolis of Athens. 5 minutes from Hadeans Arch and Monument of Zeus. Staff was wonderful! Soo helpful! Helped recommend and set up day trips! Had a minor issue with toliet. Didn't fix. 2nd night staff was great and did it right! But…. Because of all the plusses… that small negative seemed meaningless!

The property was centrally located and easy to access. The contemporary art showcased was phenomenal. The rooftop restaurant and bar was lovely with great views. We liked everything. No issues or complaints.

Best breakfast in Greece! Free mini bar is great convenience. They even offered to refill it while we were there! The gym could use another treadmill or an elliptical machine,

Loved location. Close to many things. Customer Service is an emphasis for all. We forgot a valuable package in the gym area and it was returned unopened. That shows integrity. If they had opened the package they could have quickly identified who owned it. ?? Special shout out to restaurant staff who took care of us daily at breakfast. Nothing

Parking is difficult to drop off luggage and have to park far away. Shower is really a bath with a handheld wand. The room was very small.

We loved everything about this hotel. Starting with the staff: everyone was amazing, very helpful, always smiling and always making everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Very clean, lovely water pressure, tasty fresh breakfast on the top floor with great views, really good coffee, very comfortable beds and pillows. The windows really block the noise outside. If you open them it can be somewhat loud, but if it is hot outside the air conditioning work very well and it is quite silent. Also the area of the hotel is perfect. Within walking distance form every attraction, very safe, and with convenience stores nearby, one of the open 24hr right next to the hotel. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here. There is nothing we didn't like

The shower's head should be cleaned and the bathroom needs more shelves or another place to put your stuff

Central location, neat and clean property, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with a lots of varieties to choose from and the view of Acropolis, excellent housing keeping, complementary soft drinks and wine... something exceptional now a days in 5 stars properties. Traffic noises from the street, poor/bad window isolation. Poorly furnished room specially the only table in the room is tiny, even bedside tables.. needs to be improved to be qualified for 5 -star property!! Had toilet flash problem, was not solved properly unfortunately... Very poorly chosen breakfast boxes were handed at our departure?.. trashed the most...

The room was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent The area has lots of graffiti but that is normal for Athens. The area was very safe though

Clean, large room with a view of the Acropolis. Lovely restaurant on the top floor with delicious food and views. The breakfast was included and was excellent. There were so many choices! The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were very helpful and professional. We were able to walk to most of the places that we wanted to see in Athens and also used the Metro. So easy to just tap on and tap off with credit card or Apple Pay. We rented a car for a couple of days to go to the Corinth canal and Ga’ia winery and Nafplio one day and another day we drove to Vouliagmeni and ate at a fantastic restaurant right on the water and afterwards went to Poseidon’s Temple. The hotel provided free parking in a garage around the corner which was convenient. We also used their room service one night when we were too tired to even go up one floor to the restaurant. Room service is 24 hours a day and the food was great! It was on a busy street but the noise didn’t bother us in the 5th floor. View of Acropolis from the room wasn’t all that great but it was very nice one floor up at the restaurant.

On the first day I was placed in a small room with noticeable traffic noise from outside. The next morning when I mentioned it, Φερενίκη made me feel welcomed and taken seriously. She personally came with me, showed me two different upgraded rooms and let me choose the one I preferred. The way she handled it was calm, professional and genuinely caring. It did not feel transactional. Every member of the staff was polite and engaging to exactly the right degree. Not too much and not too little. I consider myself a very strict and demanding guest when it comes to service standards and I rarely write comprehensive reviews. The employees reflect excellent leadership and they deserve recognition for their work. The minibar was refilled daily and the room was cleaned every day with all towels replaced with clean ones. Breakfast was exceptional. At one point I noticed a staff member remove a specific item immediately because it was not up to standard. Also, what I appreciated was that the breakfast staff were chatting naturally among themselves while working. It is much better to see employees relaxed and comfortable rather than standing stiffly and watching guests like they are under inspection. They are humans and they should feel comfortable during their working hours. The atmosphere felt genuine. As for improvements, it would be helpful to include an option during booking that clearly indicates potential traffic noise exposure. Some guests are sensitive sleepers and this can affect anyone. I also ordered a coffee from the upstairs bar through room service. The coffee itself was excellent and I am very particular about coffee so that says a lot. I do not mind paying more for quality. However, the room service charge was 5 euros on top of a 6 euro coffee. It is not about the money. Delivery should not cost almost the same as the product itself for three floors up. A 1 to 2 euro service charge would feel proportionate. It is not a financial issue. It is more about principle and fairness in pricing logic.
