Location perfect Breakfast amazing
-
Highly recommend the hotel, the breakfast was exceptional and the bar and restaurant had great assortment of food and drinks, we had the same exceptional restaurant waiter every evening for dinner. The television channels were very limited and hotel should look into other options for guests. Overall great location and hotel services and fantastic view from the roof top restaurant.

The location and that I was able to check in early. It didn’t reflect that of a 5 star hotel. The room was very hot. The shower head was falling off the wall. It seemed other peoples food was left in the refrigerator. The staff was polite but not overly friendly.
-
Location was excellent for walking to local attractions. Excellent breakfast. Staff were not friendly at the reception desk. We booked a room and did not have understanding that there was no window (very dark).
-
We got upgraded Room did not have enough lighting or socket in bathroom.

Location, staff, pool & food excellent
-
The location was perfect, the public spaces were elegant but the staff was not bothered and arrogant. Although the bathroom was beautiful, it leaked constantly from the ceiling so the floor was always wet.
-
Excellent location and views from the hotel restaurant. Walk to Plaka, Museum and Acropolis. Around the corner from the rental car companies if needed. Very slippery pool deck.

Prime location, 7th floor restaurant and Bar very nice, Views were amazing, staff was helpful…some not so pleasant. Beds were great! Museum and great restaurants within 2-3 blocks…bazaar type streets for Sovereigns. Outdated Hotel needs to be renovated to bring up-to-date. The view of The Temple of Zeus and The National Garden was under reconstruction across from the Hotel which obstructed the view….no mention of this on their website for a price reduction while under construction. The flat screen TV was too small and no Movie Options, very limited channels. HVAC needs to be updated to refrigerated air…no wash cloths, had to request. Blow dryer was next to toilet and did not stretch to the mirror to blow dryer hair. Have to request iron and ironing board.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Would stay here again. No view from room. Pillows were too soft.
-
The location was awesome! And the breakfast is every morning on the rooftop were next level The cost was a little bit higher than I wanted to spend, but I don't know if that is normal for the area

Located near acropolis Old
-
Clean, great location TV was old and few stations to watch Refrigerator didn’t work
-
Location was perfect, for what we needed. Staff at the restaurant and bar a little impersonal, not very attentive.
-
The upstairs restaurant had very good food and if you walked out on the terrace you could see the view advertised. I was extremely disappointed in the view! I paid for an Acropolis view but got a construction view! NOT the same and the staff were rude. I feel scammed!!!
-
The room was much smaller then pictures and the bathroom tubs shower is hard to step into even for my sons who are very young

Good location. Great rooftop restaurant/bar. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Our room keys failed multiple times and we were forced to go back and forth to the front desk. Instead of having maintenance look at it after a few times, they just kept issuing us new keys that would also eventually fail to work.
-
Beautiful hotel, but the best thing was the gorgeous roof top view, especially at night. The roof top bar was awesome. Bathroom was outdated with a strange tub shower combination.

Bedrooms are ok but for the facility, the bedrooms should be a little bit more updated
