Lots. The buffet of treats always available. The view from the restaurant where meals were served and the pool. The decor. The staff was always helpful and super friendly. The bathrooms, although designed to maximize the space available, were way too small. The price was very steep.

The location and the view. Very nice welcome and check-in process Staff are very friendly and helpful Would have hoped the bed configuration is better. We were supposedly upgraded to a room with Acropolis view, only to find out that the bed is like a big couch with poor accessibility

The location is excellent and very central. Everything is within walking distance, so I didn’t need to use taxis at all. The staff tried to help by upgrading my room. The hotel is advertised as soundproof, but it is not soundproof at all. I could hear street noise, people coughing outside, and guests upstairs dropping things on the floor. Even after the room upgrade, I experienced multiple power cuts, the lights turned off, the AC stopped working, and the water pressure suddenly dropped (this happened while I was showering). I contacted reception several times, and one time I waited over an hour for assistance. The room was also very warm even when the AC was set to the coldest temperature, and sometimes the AC would turn off by itself. This level of room quality and these issues are not acceptable for a 5-star hotel, especially for the high price.

We had a little scare in the “small” elevator that it stopped for a few minutes but we realized it was because you can only have 2 people not 3.

One of the best location in Athens- downtown close to Acropolis, amazing view on rooftop. the design of hotel is chic and artistic, providing a lot of space to chill and relax. Also We did enjoy a lot in the restaurant on rooftop for both dinner and breakfast (champagne served and lots of fresh delicacy choices) Always traffic… a bit expensive;)

IT WAS PERFECT !!! The best hotel in Athens. Excellent service from the hotel staff. Courtesy. Excellent location in the center of Athens. Walking distance to everywhere. Great breakfast on the roof of the hotel facing the Acropolis. Great room.
