The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The customer service was excellent as they helped me arrange transport after our stay to Kalamata and always answered my questions via “message the property” on booking.com app. In a timely manner. The rooftop pool was great and the restaurant for our included breakfast was fantastic. Thank you Vision Omonia! Rooms are a little small but fine for a short stay.

Breakfast is cooked to order and excellent. There is an amazing view from the rooftop pool/bar. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked maybe too well (it gets cold very quickly). The shower is great but the rain shower puts out so much water that it runs into the room. The door to the shower did not quite close well enough to keep the water in the shower stall.

My room didn't have a view outside. We faced a brick wall. But it was okay n

Check in was very easy! The room was very clean and organized. The location was great as it was a quick walk to the plaka. The best part was the rooftop pool and view of the Acropolis. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The restaurant in the hotel is very good!

We've had a wonderful stay (four people), everything was great, very comfortable, clean and welcoming, friendly staff, accommodated all of our requests. It is important to note that, at least from our experience, you can check in *any* time after 15:00, even very late at night (we checked in after 3:00 am due to a late flight) - despite the statement on the web page that check-in is only between 15:00-23:00. The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own: even if turned off before we went to sleep (had some chilly nights), it seems to wake up spontaneously sometime in the middle of the night and resume cooling... so we had to turn it off again.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center, a beautiful hotel with large, new, and clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. A bit noisy but still tolerable.

We were only staying for a day, so didn’t really think too much into the stay, but one getting here, it was amazing. The staff, esp Gregory who helped us, he told us everything g there is to know about the area. everything was walking distance. And the icing on the cake was the pool on the rooftop with an incredible view! It was first time in Athens, will definitely be back here on the next visit!!! The rooms being ready a little bit quicker if guests come earlier than check in time
