Price, ur booking price was very high

I would give an 8.5 rating if the survey allowed me to. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were also some activities and seating in the lobby area. The lift was pretty large and was working great - along with the a/c. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the manager Panagiotis was especially helpful! When I checked in I discovered I had screwed up part of my booking. It took a while but Panagiotis took the time to work on the situation until it was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Panagiotis!! The hotel is located just outside the border of a nice area. To get to the hotel you have to walk about half a block down a dingy street. However, the street was very well lit and we never saw others in the area or had cause to be fearful. But it was upsetting when we first saw the street. Otherwise it is convenient for restaurants, stores and transportation.

The rooms were very clean and well kept, even perfumed, and we had a good time staying there. We enjoyed the common room downstairs and the balconies. The staff were nice and helpful (except for one incident, detailed below) When we first came to the hotel we asked for advice on visiting the acropolis. The receptionist warned us not to buy from third party sites and sent us the “official link” but we later found out that this was a third party site and we paid almost twice as much for tickets. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and answered all questions that we had.

The location is very convenient, it's close to the National Archaeology Museum and Metro line 1. The room is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They are at the reception 24hrs. If you need anything, you can just send a message via Whatsapp. They would come up immediately. My room is very quiet because it's in the corner. I have two nights quiet time. But another person checked into the room next to me who is very loud even at night time, which is very unfortunate.

There was a minor issues with hot water and toilet, but all was recovered in a short time.

Not a great area for walking

The property exceeded my expectations! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host was very kind and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also great to be able to check in at any time, even so late at night, since our ferry arrived in Athens only at midnight.

Some noise at night on the fifth floor.

Great location for taking the long-distance buses, lots of food choices around, and the room was quite clean. The room may not match the one you booked as the photo shows, and it feels smaller than it looks in the photos.

Clean and convenient for a one night layover! We slept in bunk beds and it was modest but comfortable.

A little bit noisy area.

A great hotel. Lovely, super helpful staff and comfortable and large rooms. We stayed on the top floor and had a little kitchenette which was helpful! Located in a great spot in Athens with lots of great restaurants about. I loved the common room in the basement, one of the coolest things I've seen in a hotel. We were able to spend our evening there before a late night flight!
