Species, kitchen available, clean,close to metra

It’s close to the metro, in a great location, and is a comfortable place to stay☺️ There were a few mosquitoes, but I asked for a mosquito repellent and they promptly provided one

- comfortable and with all the amenities needed - quiet and with a nice view - it was quite cold during our stay in Athens and the heater took a very long time to actually heat up the room - the communication/interaction with the host could have been a bit better and clearer - heads-up for future travallers: while this has nothing to do with the guesthouse itself, we didn't check the location properly before coming and were a bit surprised to find out it's one of the sketchier areas in Athens. The guesthouse feels very safe and we had no uncomfortable situations, but being outside during the night felt a bit unreliable, so make sure to have that in mind while booking.

Hosts were so nice and everything was very clean. I also really liked the location. Bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing terrible.

The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy but we had no problems walking back at night.

Had to wait outside for half an hour before the host let us in.

Great apartment. Excellent value. The only problem is it is very difficult to find the place. There is no sign in the lobby or above the door telling you where it is. I asked at least ten people in the building until I luckily found someone staying there

Cleanliness and location The host could have been more specific that the property somehow does not have a reception area and they need to be notified exactly the time to meet the guests.

I was a bit worried about this accommodation but it blew me away. Why? SUPER clean (and I mean Super Clean) and in very good repair. These units are very professionally run and maintained. It was simple but all that I wanted or needed. Location was only a few feet from a park and subway station. Within 2 blocks great bakeries and coffee as well as 3 small grocery stores, restaurants etc. At night the area is a little sketchy. Heart of Athens is aprox. 10 minutes by subway and 45-60 minute walk. GREAT Value. Would Highly recommend! Not the best location, but not terrible. At night the area is a little sketchy. This accomodation was near the train station and close to the city centre. Big room with enough space and equiped kitchen. It was very busy and questionable surroudings near the accomodation with suspicious-looking people, mostly immigrants, drug sellers.. not feel very safe. We had to wait on this street, no bell or name of the the accomodation at the entrance, no one answered the phone. After some time any man came (i dont know who, maybe any employee) and we had to go to the another apartment nearby, because some defect. Another apartment was fine, but next day about 5:30 we were leaving, we closed the flat door and left the keys in the flat, as the man had told us the previous evening. But there was no handle on the front door to the building, so we were trapped in the stairwell!! Because of the lack of time, we had to take a train to the airport, we had to wake up some sleeping resident and he opened for as. I dont understand why didn't someone warn us about this...

Great location, no problems at all. Very clean and comfortable. Extern Garage for Motorbike/Cars is one street away. The same with the Metro station. Check in was good after a phone call and we got Hints where to go to visit Athen and to eat (It was great). We can recommend it.

The value for money was incredible. Cleanliness in all spaces was very good. The host was easy to reach for check in.

Very nice location (I loved the district, as it's a very easygoing one!) and well connected; good quality flat, definitely cleant even if shared; full equipped; very kind staff and flexible check-in/out! Very comfortable kitchen for guests' use and respectful clients. I relized the house has got double glazed windows everywhere (even into the bathroom and the kitchen) except in the room that should be maybe the living room, used as an extra bedroom: in fact, that was a "triple room" (or at least twin) the staff gave me for single use, as I was travelling alone and they had the room still available when I booked. I very appreciated it "aesthetically" (it's huge, with a nice balcony, comfortable bed, good desk, etc.), but I didn't very like that it was facing to the main street and the bars square with no double glazed windows! As I'm a light sleeper, I required a silent room... and giving me the one that is facing the street with only single glazed windows wasn't the best choise.
