Athens City Suites

I had an excellent stay at this property. It’s not a traditional hotel but rather serviced suites, and honestly, the suite was perfect in every way. Everything felt new, modern, and extremely clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Athens and within walking distance to everything you might need, from attractions to restaurants and shopping. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and water, which added to the overall experience. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was very efficient and smooth, making everything easy from check-in to any requests during the stay. Very well updated and modernized. Wife had injured her knee several days before and the elevator was very helpful. Very thoughtful amenities also, water, juice, wine, and snacks. Mgr saved our trip by arranging 2 large 6-person, 6-luggage, and 6-carry-on Vans to Airport! ? Athens was very hot and the room temperature would not achieve a lower temperature than 23.6° C, even with temp set for as low as 17.0°C.

There's no reception desk like in a larger hotel, but the staff is prompt to respond to any needs via WhatsApp.

The bed was a bit soft. Just a matter of preference, but good to know. Otherwise nothing negative to say.

Location is perfect!

We didn't stay for breakfast. The room was huge -- like a two-room suite, with two queen-sized beds in it. We were quite surprised! And it had complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. This was beyond the call of duty. We were super pleased. Nearby restaurants were a bonus. We were there only one night so can only say that it was inside an excellent shopping area with many high-end shops. But we did not test the mass transit, as used a Uber to and from the airport. I think that only a bus was nearby in terms of mass transit. We should have been near a train or metro for access to the airport.

It was in a great location that was easy to get in and out of. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was large, clean, and modern. The shower design isn’t the best in that we had to use a towel to keep the water from going outside of the shower.

Very poor wifi at the unit. Very slow and not fun. The AC was weak as well.

The room was very clean. the air conditioning was working fine. The hotel is situated in a very touristic area with many bars, restaurants and taverns. The market is also very close. the room is situated on the last floor of the building. and very small ( standard double room ) . The size is not a problem . The problem is that the bed was to large. The only way to pass by it was on the side where the TV was hanging. A huge TV. The frame of the bed is larger than the bed itself. So passing from the entry to the table on the other side of the room and trying not to hit neither the TV neither the two corners of the bed is a real performance. I hit the corners of the bed at least 5 times in two days. this was very very annoying. The room has no view at all. Do not look through the window.

From tge time of booking contact between the hotel and me was flawless. My inquiries were answered quickly. Dimitri the hotel manager made sure to stay in contact the day of our flight with directions and instruction for entry. He greeted us and assisted with tge luggage and made sure we were settled. Location wise, it was excellent. Thanks you Dimitri! Not one negativevhete!

Clean Bed really bad Room without window

An absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was in an incredible location, everything was close by, with views that truly take your breath away. The cleanliness was outstanding, with every detail carefully taken care of. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality and attention to detail: from the bathroom amenities to the water, drinks, and even a bottle of wine, everything was thoughtfully provided to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful at all times. Check-in was super smooth and fast, with no complications at all. Excellent service in every aspect. Without a doubt one of the best experiences, and I would highly recommend it! Absolutely nothing

This was our second stay in Athens, 3 nights. Great location, 7-10 minutes walk to old town. Property is very clean, small fridge and safe are appreciated. The property manager upgraded our room to budget double without asking. Check in instructions were timely and easy to follow. The shower has no door, water splashes outside no matter how careful you are. We had a fire alarm one night. Although our call wasn’t answered initially, he arrived at the location quickly.

Great location, easy access to so much, walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka, great food. Clean, modern No windows and no amenities but no problem
