The location is wonderful. Very close to everything Breakfast needs an upgrade

I stayed at this hotel for three nights,everything about my stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. What made this stay truly exceptional was their reception team—Nicolas,Efi,and Elisa. They were all incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. They gave me many practical recommendations about local attractions, transportation, and getting around the city, which made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. I especially want to thank Nicolas, who checked me in on my first day. He was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. He took the time to carefully listen to my room preferences and did his best to accommodate my requests. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was given a room that I was extremely happy with. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication—it made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. He is a true gentleman, and his professionalism and warm hospitality left a lasting impression on me. I would also like to compliment the housekeeping team and the breakfast staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The daily housekeeping was outstanding—the room was cleaned thoroughly every day and kept spotless throughout my stay. It was obvious that the staff paid great attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable experience. The room was lovely and the bed was wonderful - I rarely sleep so well in hotel beds. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful, esp over Booking messages, and the breakfasts were outstanding. Also the bar on roof was great. Not much of a view but the bartender was so friendly and a master mixologist. Our only complaint was that the jacuzzi jets on the tub on the balcony weren't working. But it was still a nice soak after a day of walking around Athens.

There was a sewer gas smell coming from a drain in the bathroom next to the toilet. We had to open window. I notified the hotel but they said there was no issue. There is definitely a problem.
