Room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was dated and cut on and off a lot. Only interaction with staff was when i checked in. She was nice. It is walking distance to downtown and campus.

Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly. Paying for parking was a bummer but hey it's downtown Athens Athens.

AC/heat was loud and kept going on and off. TV was unplugged and required maintenance. However, this was a great one night stay for NYE! Room was easy walk from Adkins Ford Arena and service was top notch.

The rooms and property are always clean. The staff is always pleasant. We always stay here for short visits to Athens

The room furnishings are very nice and different in a good way from your average your hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Food was not great and cold. Dining room was dirty. Person that took our order was on the phone the entire time and even left to go to their car for a while.

The lighting in the bathroom is too dark. Needs an upgrade.

Cool buildings, clean rooms and very friendly staff made this a nice choice on my way to Key West.

Think Downton Abbey if it hadn't been kept up. Drafts. Broken steps. A once apparently classy place that has fallen into apparent neglect. Add that the food box left in our refrigerator had been opened where we left it in the hallway and picked through and the water bottle left with it gone;

What a wonderful find! Came into town for a concert and it was within walking distance of the venue. The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the retro decor! The lobby and coffee shop is lovely and convenient. The icing on the cake was seeing the singer of the band that we came into town to see at the onsite coffee shop the next day! Would highly recommend and will stay there again whenever we are in the area!

The staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay there again if we travel back to Athens for any events. My words should ring with the hotel ownership group. Not the manager or the staff. The staff was great.
