Great hotel, super clean, and super nice staff. Just a 4 because the beds were not the most comfortable and the rooms were tight, especially the bathroom. I wish the beds were a little softer and just a tad more space to move around.

There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him.

Loved having the convenience and the availability of the airport shuttle taking us back and forth to the various locations on campus and downtown. The shuttle staff and drivers were all so kind, informative and willing to help especially Thomas. He left a lasting first impression from the very first day when he offered to bring our luggage from the car to the room. Hard working young man… The staff in the dining rooms / restaurants were very kind and friendly and were easy to talk with and very helpful.
