Bed, room size, staff - amazing! Loved the location etc. Bit noisy at times - near the staff room and then upstairs we could hear walking but it's an old building. Just a niggle.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfasts great. Good location . Very comfortable and clean. Kids in hallway at night making it a Pluto noisy on one night

Absolutely Beautiful!! Nothing

this hotel exceeded my expecations. it was right in the middle of the old part of Athens, but the room was quiet. The room was newly renovated and the size was unlike what you usually get in Europe. The bathroom was large as well. The breakfast was delivered to the room each day (order the night before) and was included in the price of the room. The staff was extra nice and friendly. Overall super. nothing to report here.

Everything! The backyard in our room was amazing, staff is absolutly wounderfull, perfect location and just a gem in the center of Athens. Loved the personal note and gift from the hotel Nothing! If there is anything we could give a small feedback on, we would recommend to have a better isolated door from the room out to the hall. Not a big problem, just because the elevator and breakfast preparation is just outside the room.

(XL, double shower, double sink, very well designed. definitely an SLH) I would like to compliment Cristina, for providing a great service with a smile, creates a very good atmosphere and is always there for anything. nothing. everything was perfect.

Really excellent location, comfortable rooms and lovely staff. We only had breakfast 1 day of our 2 day stay and was quite a let down. Cornflakes tasted like cardboard, pancakes incredibly dry (and forgot one of our orders), eggs overcooked and fruit salad really quite sad and tasteless. My husband and I compared it to an airplane breakfast. Quite surprised about all the good breakfast reviews as I was really looking forward to it! Our coffee order the next morning was also sadly wrong. We also changed our reservation so that we arrived a day earlier so extended our stay by 1 day. The staff accommodated us and we stayed in a different room (both rooms amazing). We still had to check out on time (totally fine with us) but it was a shame that no effort was made to allow us to check in to our room for the second night even a minute before 3pm checkin time.

The location was perfect as was the reception from the staff and all communication beforehand. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The room was quite dark with very little natural light and much smaller than we expected as it was described as a suite (definitely not). The bathroom was also very small. The aircon was not very efficient so we had to use the noisy overhead fan.

Location was great! Breakfast is in your room only! And not timely or easy to get early.

We took the suit with the jacuzzi and acropolis view was amazing breakfast was served outside i loved it. The location was perfect in the middle of beautiful plaka area close to everything. I must say that the staff was extraordinary they truly wanted to give us the best hospitality and that is definitely appreciated. Definitely recommend this place thank you.
