Location, breakfast was and cleaning. We were living in room 216. The door was old and makes noise, the shower is not good all the water goes around, the internet was very very slow, the air conditioning didn’t worked for two nights I stayed there, I asked the morning en evening shift people at reception one of them told me he will look for it and registered the problem on their notebook but for the second night and the morning we we’re leaving the hotel, the staff was not really welling to listen because they said it was responsibility of the person who was here. So it was blaming game. The problem they have noticed I toke the picture and the second night guy was totally said I am not responsible for anything, I told him okay write down and give me a pepper, so he just wrote on the small paper that Air-condition doesn’t work. It's in a seedy area but the hotel itself is good. I also like how close it is to the Agora and Acropolis. The neighborhood is very bad and dirty.

Clean Many things absent, no phone in the room, refrigerator broken, no balcony as mentioned in room details.

The breakfast was good. Comfy beds. We were top floor which was nice. Tall ceilings Water leaking from the shower screen and the fridge when I turned it on. I did let the receptionist know and they noted it down. Loud fridge and air-conditioning.
