Not as clean as expected , the other guests at the hotel were very rude and noisy at breakfast, at the pool.. and the team at the hotel didn’t do much about it.. for the cost of it i would choose a different hotel

Views were amazing! Pool was nice They gave us the wrong room and did not care to fix it. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and booked a suite. They stuck us in a cave room, and said we did not specify which room we wanted. On booking.com the pictures showed a different room then what we were given…

Especially the staff

Good location, great rooftop bar, comfy bed. Quick reaction to requests and good communication. A bit small room and no option for normal coffee before 7:00, although there is a self service coffee room but it opens only with breakfast, not ideal for early check-out.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The hospitality was great, and the rooms were very nice and clean.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The doorman could have been more helpful, as the street in front of the hotel was being repaired, and no assistance was extended to us to help us enter the hotel We found the guest room overrcented and dark. The lighting was extremely poor for a woman to apply make-up etc.

We forgot our phone in the restaurant and only realized when we were at the airport. They found it and sent a taxi to the airport where we received it shortly prior take off

Newly renovated, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The area, not a good location.

I liked the b/fast menus and the staff friendly attitudes. Room sizes and corridors are so tights

One's paying for the Hilton brand name but without the quality of U.S. Hilton properties

The hotel and its staff is great, from the men who welcome you at the front door till the staff inside and up to the rooftop all are very friendly and helpful. When you go to a hotel you hope the beds are an upgrade from your own bed at home and these beds sure were:)

The placement of the fire detectors is really close the bathroom, where if you took a hot shower the steam would let the detectors go off and it was loud. Otherwise everything was great the bed was comfy and the room was spacious

New and clean in a central location The staff are adorable who helped planing short trip/ reservation in town and generally were super kind. Rooms are very small with minimum space to store anything.. there are open shelves but no closet. Also the shower has a glass partitions instead of walls that are very transparent to a point you can see your companion sitting in the toilet...

Room was very tight, pool was small and location was next to run down shops.

Nice location Small room. Shower and sink were plugged. Despite our request to fix this we were not able to use the shower in our 2 day stay

Everything is done with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is brand new. Nice rooftop! For the religious jewish - they have mechanical keys as well! The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but yet feels quite safe.
