The location is great, the facilities are good too. But for me the main thing was the staff, they were amazing, very nice and helpful, with a special thanks to anaesthesia who helped me to order a cab and was very sensitive. My specific bed at the does night was by the door, and the curtain didn’t help to stop the lights from the rest of the room. It was also a bit hot with the a.c, but I was in a a very very hot day so it is understandable.

Some of the most friendly staff (e.g. Monica)! Location is unbeatable. I would leave a much better review if not for the last night of my stay I realized there were bed bugs!! Because I needed to rush to the airport in the early morning, I didn’t get any chance to share in person so I sent them a message reporting the bug issue. They came back with a nasty tone blaming me and questioned why i didn’t say it at the spot.

Location is excellent, surrounded by many nice bistro and brunch options. Female rooms are separated from the males room on a different floor, 24 hours check-in counter are all excellent things about this place. The ventilation is to be improved, the locker is not easy to use (the lid fell on me a few times).

The main room where people can gather is a great spot! Loved the overnight room: I ended up in a room with a curtained-off bed, which I loved. It had a convenient balcony off of it where I could go to work. The staff members were extremely nice.

Location was beyond perfect. It was 3-4 minutes from Monastraki station which you can say kind of a hub to go any direction. I was in 4 people room which has quite enough space for everyone. Curtains for each bad was good to block light and sound. It's hard to sleep when people in the room start to packing and do their things. So these curtains was helpful. There is couple of things I didn't like. One of them is there was no shampoo in the showers and the second one is toilets had no such comfortable spaces. I am 1.70 and even my knees were hitting the closed door of the toilet when you're doing your thing. :)

Location was great on a quiet side street, but close to the action on the main square. Easy to walk or to catch public transit. Well equipped kitchen area. Very clean. The stairs were a bit scary, but there is an elevator as an alternative.

Stuff all nice and very friendly specially Dina , she is lovely ❤️ It’s very safe and in the heart of Athens , with this price I can’t complain and if I get back there I will stay there.!
