Size of the room for families pools were lovely especially the kids pools and complimentary lounge. Size of the elevators - we would have to wait long periods as elevators would generally be over crowded due to its small size . Check in times were not accurate- perhaps due to short housekeep staffing. Expectations were 3pm but exceed beyond. The Check In process can be a bit more efficient. It shouldn’t have to take 10-15 minutes once approaching the agent. Hyatt should look into more of a lean approach to shorten process times for check in/ out.

The pool, nice breakfast We got room so farrrr away from the elevator we had to walk 12 min each time Room view was to parking lot ☹️ Mattress was like stone.

Amazing rooftop views of the Acropolis! The bar, infinity pool, and adult pool were fantastic spots to relax after a day of sightseeing. On the 8th floor, the breakfast staff were super welcoming, and the dining area was bright and comfortable. The staff were wonderfully nice, but they seemed overwhelmed by the crowd checking in, resulting in long wait times. We also didn't care for the hotel's immediate surroundings; walking past an abandoned building right next door wasn't ideal, even in the daytime

i was allocated a handicap room on level 1, i requested for change of room but was turned down by reception staff during check-in. It causes inconvenience due to unsatisfactory bathroom configuration. There were also drilling noise coming from other room.

Breakfast, location Check-in was a very long wait. Understaffed. Slow, laborious questioning. Checked in early - room not ready. Returned after 5pm to retrieve tickets - another very long process to merely pick up room keys. Longest and most tenuous check in I have ever had in 50 years of traveling.

Definitely a five ? ???? star facility. Multiple pools. Multiple bars & eating areas. Staff were extraordinary. Surrounding area was a bit rough with buildings vacant & vandalized.

Beautiful pool with incredible view of the acropolis. Staff was very friendly but overwhelmed. Location was not as convenient as hoped.
