The shutters at the windows are not properly closing and the rooms are very bright in the morning but even during the night from the street lights.

Great entry on such a dreary street. Nice modern room. room. Yummy breakfast and every single staff was kind and helpful. Reception ordered us a car to the airport, and they had a box breakfast for us to take since we would not be there at breakfast time. Helpful w tourist recommendations. Wrote the name of a candy I was hopping to find, which I did at the airport. Learning curve to online app to control lights, shades(I’m on the older side). Wall panel for room controls were not clear even though it was explained to me. At night w indirect light over wall behind bed saw how terribly dusty it was. Wi-Fi issue,that did get resolved. Rain fall shower head was spraying all over the place. Pee pee setting on toilet flush not functioning.

The first room we got was in the front of the restaurant. A lot of noise from early morning. The staff changed our room and it was great

The shower was to die for! Such an amazing shower and the room was perfect. Loved all of the app controls-- although sometime you'd have to close and restart, but overall it was a wonderful room. Please put in USB charger ports near the beds--- that was the worst thing about this place. The breakfast was amazing! I highly recommend it! There needs to outlets or USB ports to charge phones/etc. The one by my bed did not work-- so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room which was inconvenient

Breakfast was awesome and the location was great- easy walk to all the sites. Not really a criticism but the hotel is small so has limited amenities.

Let me start by saying that the location is great and the staff were also super nice and very helpful. However, I would not say that this is a 5 star hotel. It’s a comfortable hotel but there is nothing luxurious about it. Still it was okay for a weekend in Athens. We were first given room 310 which I do not recommend for a couple. There is no door separating the bathroom area from the bedroom: while the toilet and the shower both have glass doors (which do not go all the way up to the ceiling), you walk from the bedroom straight into the bathroom area so essentially you have no privacy. We explained this to the reception and they immediately gave us another room which had a normal door to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The receptionist was very kind and understanding. Overall it is a nice hotel for a short stay if you want to be downtown. The breakfast selection was okay too.
