Ilisia Hotel Athens

Even though the room was spacious, the layout was such that there was nowhere to place luggage, the bathroom was tiny and no cosmetics could be placed. The lighting was poor. We were allocated a room with a step but no warning for the step, almost fell twice. The decor desperately needs updating.

Breakfast had all you needed Don't expect a big hotel. This is a smaller one, but has all you need

The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a large balcony which was a nice surprise.

Everything was great. The staff were super friendly from the beginning till the end. The room was ready the second we arrived 3 hours before check in, which was great. It was clean and everything was provided including beverages and coffee. Also they gave us a complimentary drink at the bar. Location was perfect. The breakfast was tasty. Recommended 10/10 Nothing

Absolutely wonderful service! Very pleasant people, even cared about the small details, for example our flight was very early so we had to check-out from the hotel before breakfast time, and the hotel prepared for us breakfast boxes to go:) For breakfast, many options including healthy ones like salad and especially wonderful spinach pies and potato pies. The room was amazing - very comfortable, very nice to stay in. I've been in many hotels in many countries, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this one especially. It was an exceptional stay. The next time in Athens, we will be happy to return here! Nothing:)

Nice room with huge balcony, comfortable bed, competent and friendly staff, convenient location, easy taxi access, very good breakfast, very affordable rates, peaceful surroundings

The location was excellent and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, everything was well organized. Nothing major. Everything was good and met my expectations.

Great location and very kind and attentive staff

Staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful. We had a little plumbing issue but it was resolved.

Pillows were all quite thick / heavy. Would have liked one softer one and one harder one in the room to be able to decide which I liked better. Slept somewhat poorly because I couldn't get comfortable with the large pillow.

We loved that we got an upgrade. Breakfast was amazing and staff is great. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood and close to the metro, very easy to move around.

Location was fine. Safe and several food options in neighborhood. Hotel breakfast was surprisingly hearty for a breakfast buffet. After a rough start (an air conditioner on the fritz) we were moved to a different room. The stay was fine after the relocation. Staff was helpful and accommodating. A bit dated.

The people working there are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great.

They were available for us to do the check- in a bit earlier due to our toddler naptime. The room was very big with huge bed, a free minibar, even drink vouchers . We liked the big table and the huge balcony. The beds are really comfy, the staff helpful . The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. We really liked the ice tea in the free minibar. It was a bit further away from the sights but the metro is really close and it also connects directly to the airport for only 9 eur Literally nothing to mention
