The location was absolutely Perfect! 12 min walk to the Acropolis, 3 min walk to the Agora, 7 min walk to Monistraki Square. Absolutely in the middle of everything. There was some sort of construction going on in the early morning with a lot of banging

Location was excellent -Christos and his team were friendly, and accommodating. They arranged our transportation from/to port and the airport the next day. Our fridge was stocked with essentials which was SO kind and appreciated. We highly recommend.

Convenient location, very clean & comfortable, nice balcony, the host Christos was helpful & responded to messages quickly. The hot water heater stopped working one night, it was too late to call Christos, but in the morning he helped us get the hot water working again. Also lots of stairs, but I was aware of that when I made the booking.

Clean and we loved the balcony. Christo came and helped us up the stairs with our bags and showed us how to use the coffee machine and the egg steamer for breakfast which was provided in a small refrigerator. Very nice location and easy to get cabs as we needed to go across town several times. There’s a nice close rooftop bar/restaurant close by above the Plaka hotel right around the corner which had a great view and the staff there was very friendly. The balcony was lovely to have but don’t expect a view other than the old building next door.

Great location and host is very pleasant. HAS A VERY SMALL VIEW of Acropolis. Host stated Booking.com provided the pictures and they have photoshopped for the "partial view". Having said that,it is an excellent location to view all of the sights and the host is gracious.

The location was superb I got some confusing messages from someone named Emma via WhatsApp weeks before our arrival. I tried to answer in the Booking application, but never got a response.

Beautiful, spacious rooms in a great location — very near Monastraki Square and the metro stop; many many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka area, and Varvakios Central Market. Great instructions on how to get in and use the place; very responsive host. Wonderful shower, comfortable bed, extra blankets, perfect fully outfitted place, and very quiet at night, being on a pedestrian street. Such nice things to eat for snacks and to make breakfast in the little kitchen — perfect for a quick start to the day. And a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the balconey overlooking the pedestrian street. It clearly has a very thoughtful host. We loved it We only wish it had a better view from the balcony! We expect the owner wishes the same. :) It’s a great place—highly recommend.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. Christos was super helpful and nice. If you don’t want to be tempted to go shopping I don’t recommend staying here ?.

Location was absolutely outstanding, and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

The location was great. The accommodations were clean. They provided breakfast food for us to prepare which we found to be great and filling. Elias met us and provided us with many recommendations and was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we had the best stay. Would highly recommend staying here. The street is very busy during the day but very quiet at night. There is also local security making this area very safe. No elevator must be able to carry your luggage 2-3 stories.

Awesome location with proximity to the metro station and sights of Athens. Friendly host who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great choice!

As its a historic building, the sound proofing from other guest isn't so great. You can hear them through the walls going up and down the stairs. For one night its really not an issue

If I could give more than 10 - I would. This hotel is the best location for Athens, walking is easy everywhere. The room was beautiful and clean, Christos was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. We got tons of snacks and even a bottle of wine, and great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Lots of food to prepare a nice breakfast to eat on the lovely balcony. Do not look any further - book this place!! Best value for money. Thank you Christos :)

The place is really Beautiful and safe. Everything in it is just perfection to its finest. Would probably comeback here to stay again amd will definitely recomend it to my family and friends.

Great location and very comfortable and clean. Nothing
