I liked that the room was very comfortable, with coffee maker and coffee available inside the room. I especially liked that all the staff members were helpful and friendly. I didn't like that the "inner courtyard view" was non existent.

Location is great, 6 min walk to Monastiraki, very quite, descent breakfast, although served within the rooms and exactly on the requested time. Breakfast in the rooms

The hotel is amazing! Our stay was exceptional, the location is wonderful, only 5-7 mins from Syntagma/Monasiraki metro stations, the owner is super friendly and helped us and advised with local recommendations. The room was quite big with a clean bathroom, the room has an amazing WIFI connection and a smart TV, along side with a coffee machine and a mini fridge. The AC was working very well, important for those hot days in Athens! My recommendation, when you are arriving/leaving with luggage go from/to Monastiraki station, the sidewalks from Syntagma station are quite small and it’s very difficult to move around with suitcases Nothing

the street is super noisy until 2 AM or even 3 AM, windows are blocking the sound at all. Air condition was not good enough and just think about it in hot summer nights,

Great location and fantastic location to restaurants. Comfortable. Not as clean as I would expect. Vents in bathroom very full of dust and debris.

Very chill, discreet and well located boutique hotel, practical and well organized.

The property has an excellent location, right in between Syntagma and Monastiraki squares, very close to metro station. Right by the property excellent restaurants, souvlaki places, ice cream and pastries, mini-market, etc. Beds are comfortable, soft and warm comforters. We asked for an additional comforter, and it was given to us right away. Excellent shower, and really hot water available all day. Staff is exceptional. Very courteous and professional. Our special thanks to Peter. His help and attention really made our stay a very pleasant experience. We liked everything

The hotel was clean and the room is good overall, the size of the room and the modern look was a nice impression, general comfort was really nice (except the extra bed). very good shower. We payed for the breakfast service but we couldn't.' reach anyone inside the hotel and couldn't get any information about the service. Because we had hurry we couldn't wait more to reach anyone, so we ended up doing checkout and leave without getting the service. Additionally the extra bed for 2 people was a quiet bad quality foldable sofa, so It uncomfortable.

Breakfast inside the room with such amount it’s not good idea , and not variety as example no vegetable at all and only boiled eggs no other type etc

The breakfast was not really worth the money that we spent to have the privalage. .

I checked in late and was therefore unable to request a room change. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was a persistent noise throughout the night that made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, I expected complimentary toiletries as advertised, but there was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely excellent. The rooms need better sound proofing - the location is very central but that means there are crowds out on the streets till very late hours and you can hear them all the time, and then the streets get busy in the morning, and again, you hear it all.

Not clean enough, shower needs a much better cleanig
