Very nice room, good location - would stay there again nothing

Great location with a very friendly and supportive team.

I love the people and the service! They are always welcoming. The only thing even better is if they had a valet service to park the car to the nearby parking lot.

I think the breakfast needs improvement. It doesn’t suit the hotel’s scale.The hotel has no lobby where you can spend some time.

This was not my first stay, and the team welcomed me back so warmly that it truly felt like coming home. The staff are always smiling, attentive, and eager to assist with anything you may need. A rare level of genuine hospitality, and I’ve traveled enough to recognize the difference. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and I’ve stayed in several over my visits, all different visually but equally elegant and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, and having the award-winning Milos restaurant downstairs adds even more charm. Breakfasts are also served in Milos and are lovely, and the nightly sweet treats were such a thoughtful and delicious touch. They used to offer unique bathroom amenities from a local brand, Naxos (if I’m not mistaken), which created a signature scent exclusively for Milos Hotel. I was truly looking forward to having those again, as they added such a special and memorable touch. Unfortunately, they’ve been replaced with standard large bottles of Zielinski & Rozen, still nice, but it slightly takes away from the sense of luxury and individuality the hotel is known for. That said, I completely understand the need to balance operational costs, and this detail would never affect my overall impression as the stay was simply fantastic in every way.
